Johannesburg to Balule Private Nature Reserve

Travel from Johannesburg in an air-conditioned tour vehicle to Tremisana Game Lodge, located in Balule Private Nature Reserve within the Greater Kruger National Park. Upon arrival, settle into your chalet and relax until it is time to depart in the late afternoon for a 3-hour sunset game drive in the private reserve. Finally, enjoy a starlit dinner at Marula Tree Boma deep in the bushveld.

Greater Kruger National Park

Early morning wake up for hot beverages and rusks before setting off to a remote corner of Balule Private Nature Reserve for a 4-hour guided bush walk along the Olifants River with an armed safari guide. Enjoy the sights and sounds of a real bushveld experience while keeping a keen eye on the thick bush for Big Five, an abundance of antelope, predators, and indigenous birds.

Return to Tremisana Game Lodge for a late breakfast and refreshments and relax around the lodge until it is time to depart for the late-afternoon game drive.

Kruger National Park

Wake up early for hot beverages and rusks, and then it is time to depart for a full-day safari tour in the Kruger National Park. We enter the park via the Orpen Gate and spend the day exploring the upper-south and central regions. Lunch is at a popular Kruger National Park rest camp (at your own cost). Return to your lodge late afternoon.

Wake up early and join your guide for your last game drive in Balule Private Nature Reserve. Enjoy a hearty breakfast before departing mid-morning for the return journey to Johannesburg, traveling via the famous Panorama Route.
