Day 1

Nairobi-Masai Mara National Reserve

After breakfast at your hotel in Nairobi, we will pick you up and leave for Masai Mara. We will pass via the Great African Rift Valley escarpment where you will have a stopover at the viewpoint to view the escarpment. You will then drive through Narok, a Maasai town, and arrive at your camp in the Mara in time for lunch. After lunch, you will have a late afternoon game drive until sunset.

Day 2

Have an early breakfast, then depart at 7:30 am for a full-day game drive with a packed lunch. Search for the park's popular animals, like the famous Big Five (elephant, leopard, rhino, buffalo and lion). Also look out for predators, including lion, cheetah, hyena, wild dog, etc. and their prey, like zebra, wildebeest and giraffe. See hippos and dangerous crocodiles on a visit to the Mara River, where you will have your lunch at the migration point. This is where the wildebeest migrate from Serengeti to Masai Mara, and you will see the migration taking place. After lunch, you will continue with the game drive until sunset, then you will drive back to the camp.

Day 3

This is another day of full-day game drives in Masai Mara. After breakfast, we'll have a full day game drive, with packed lunch provided. The reserve is well known for its black-maned lion, as well as its abundant resident wildlife. It's one of the few places where it's possible to see the Big Five during a morning's game drive. Many of the cheetahs are so tame they seek shelter from the hot sun under one's vehicle and several even climb onto the roof to get a better view of prospective prey. For the bird enthusiast, almost 500 species have been recorded: among these 16 species of eagle, plus many hawks and falcons, 6 species of vultures, 8 species of storks, 4 of bustard (including the kori bustard, the world's heaviest flying bird), and 9 species of sunbirds.

Day 4

Enjoy an en early morning game drive up to 9:30 am in search of animals hunting, killings and eating. Afterwards, you will come back for a full breakfast. You will have time to visit the Maasai village and then depart for Naivasha with lunch at Narok. After lunch, you'll drive to Lake Naivasha arriving late in the afternoon for a boat trip where you will be able to see many species of birds and water animals e.g. hippos and have good pictures of them.

Early morning, you'll have a game drive to Hell’s Gate National Park. This is the only park where one can cycle, walk and drive while seeing animals. After the game drive, you will go back for breakfast and leave for Lake Nakuru National Park arriving in time for lunch with a game drive en route to find leopards which are frequently sighted in Lake Nakuru National Park. After lunch, you'll leave for a day game drive, take a further drive to seek out the 2 species of rhino found in the park. Lake Nakuru is known for many species of birds and thousands of flamingos.

Enjoy an early morning game drive up to 10:00 am. After breakfast, you'll leave for Amboseli National Park with hot lunch at Nairobi. You'll be arriving at Amboseli National Park late in the evening with a late evening game drive if time allows. The drive is famous for its scenery with a backdrop of snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro, which dominates the landscape, and open plains. Arrive late in the evening.

You will spend time in the park in search of its popular residents like the well-known predators and their prey like zebra, wildebeest, and giraffe. Also look out for the large animals like elephants and hippos, while enjoying the view of Mount Kilimanjaro. Later, return to your camp.
