Zanzibar to Selous/Nyerere National Park

You'll be picked up from your hotel early in the morning and transferred to Stone Town for your domestic flight from Zanzibar to Selous or Nyerere National Park. The park offers a unique blend of diverse ecosystems and abundant wildlife. Traverse its expansive landscapes, from lush riverine forests to sweeping savannas, and encounter a wide array of animals, including elephants, lions, giraffes, and hippos. Our expert guides will enhance your journey with their deep knowledge of the park's flora and fauna, ensuring an unforgettable and educational adventure. At around 10 am have your mid-morning coffee/tea break then proceed with the game drive till the afternoon for an authentic safari bush lunch. Afterwards, proceed with the game drive till late in the afternoon or evening then head to the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.

Selous/ Nyerere National Park Then Zanzibar

Wake up in the morning, you can grab a cup of coffee along or any drink of your choice and head for a boat trip on Rufiji River bordering the park, it takes about 2 hours where you have the chance to spot hippos, crocodiles, birds and other small animals around the river. The guide will return you to the lodge for your breakfast before you visit a Maasai village, get a bit of their culture, and then wind up with a village tour around Selous Mloka. Get enough time to relax at the lodge and enjoy your lunch while waiting for your airport transfer to Zanzibar. Expect our driver to pick you up in Zanzibar and drop you off at your hotel.
