Kigali international airport pick up and transfer to your hotel

Upon your arrival in Kigali, you will meet our guide who will brief you and take to your hotel. Depending on your arrival time, after check at Lebanon hotel, we will proceed with a short Kigali city tour where you will visit the genocide memorial and other sites in Kigali.

Transfer to Bwindi National Park and Pygmy community walk

After your breakfast, you will cross Rwanda-Uganda border via Cyanika border and drive about 3hours to Bwindi impenetrable forest.
You will arrive in Bwindi during lunch time and then after your lunch you will proceed with a visit to Batwa (Pygmy). A pygmy guide who will pass you through their journey from before and after they have been evicted from the Bwindi impenetrable forest and how they have survived will guide you.

Mountain Gorilla Trek and transfer back to Kigali for your fly back to your home

After your breakfast, preferably at 6:00 AM, you will then, at 7:30 AM, take a drive of about 30 minutes to the National Park headquarters to meet your guides for the day. After completing the park formalities, embark on a once-in-a-lifetime experience of tracking mountain gorillas. Learn how the park is home to over a third of the remaining 1,000 Mountain Gorillas in the world. Walk for approximately two to four hours through thick bush and over steep, rugged terrain at elevations ranging from 7,000 to 9,000 feet. Once you spot the gorillas, spend up to an hour watching these incredible creatures from close by while taking pictures for your memory.
Depending on the length of our trek, you will return to the lodge by about 1:00 PM and have lunch at 1:30 PM. At 2:00 PM, check out of the lodge and drive for 4 hours back to Kigali, arriving in time for some last-minute shopping and a transfer to the airport to fly back to your home.
