Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Morning after breakfast around 7:30 am our driver guide will come to pick you up at your hotel and after meet, greet and short brief of the day you will depart for Tarangire National Park which is about 2 hours drive from Arusha and along the way you will enjoy view of beautiful scenery past villages, towns and bush areas until you arrive at park gate and start a full day game drive. Park runs along the line of the Tarangire river and is mainly made up of low - lying hills on the great rift valley floor. Its natural vegetation mainly consists of Acacia woodland and giant African Baobab trees. It is famous for big groups of Elephants and many other wildlife animals including zebras, giraffes, wildebeest, warthog, impalas, eland and big cats lions, leopard, cheetah and striving bird life. You will enjoy a packed lunch at picnic site with spectacular view and later proceed with game drive before checking out of the park and drive to your lodge in Karatu town for overnight.

Ngorongoro Crater back to Arusha

Today you will have an early morning breakfast and be ready to leave around 6:30 am and drive about 15 minutes to Ngorongoro conservation area entrance gate and as soon as you check in at Ngorongoro conservation area, you will be amazed by the beauty of this world heritage site and proceed to drive to crater rim and before descend 600M to the crater floor for game drive. Early morning game drive on crater provides excellent wildlife sighting and photograph before the sun goes high. Ngorongoro Crater is 20sq km in size and it is the largest unbroken caldera in the world and due to its natural borders the crater have abundant of wildlife including endangered African black rhino, zebras, wildebeest, hyena, hippos, buffalo, elephant and cats including lions, jacks and cheetah. You will have picnic lunch with view of hippos on their pool and later continue with en route game drive and ascent from the crater and drive back to Arusha for drop off at your hotel or Airport.
