Fly from Zanzibar to Serengeti National Park

Early in the morning, we will pick you up from your hotel for your transfer to Zanzibar Airport. Your flight will depart in the morning and arrive at the Seronera Airstrip in Serengeti in the morning hours. Our driver-guide will pick you up at the airport. After a brief orientation, you will explore the Serengeti.

At noon, you will enjoy an authentic bush lunch on the plains of the Serengeti, perfectly set under the acacia trees to provide a natural ambiance for a unique adventure in the middle of nowhere.

Late afternoon, you will start the drive to your campsite for a delicious dinner and an overnight stay.

Serengeti Game Drive and Transfer to Ngorongoro

After breakfast, you will do a game drive in Serengeti National Park. You will be able to see wildebeest, zebra, topi, hartebeest, eland, antelope, hyena and varieties of birds singing on the trees while also viewing the beauty of landscape and nature.

You will have packed lunch in the afternoon. After lunch, you will continue with a transit game drive checking out of Serengeti to enter Ngorongoro Crater for your dinner and an overnight stay at the campsite.

Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, you will descend into the crater with your lunch box enjoying the game drive for more than six hours. The Ngorongoro Crater is one of the most densely crowded African wildlife areas in the world and is home to an estimated 30,000 animals including some of Tanzania’s last remaining black rhino. Supported by a year-round water supply and fodder, the crater supports a vast variety of animals which include herds of wildebeests, zebras, buffalos, eland warthogs, hippos and giant African elephants.

Another big draw card to this picturesque national park is its huge population of predators, which include: lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs, and the ever-elusive leopards.

You'll exit the crater floor in the late afternoon then drive back to Arusha to catch your plane back to Zanzibar.
