Once you arrive at Victoria Falls International Airport (VFA), you will be picked up and transferred to your place of accommodation. It is important that you let us know your flight details beforehand, as the pick-up time will depend on the arrival time of your flight. At 3:30 p.m., you will meet with your driver-guide for a pick-up to the sunset cruise. On this cruise, you will sail up the mighty Zambezi River as the sun goes down. You can immerse yourself in the natural delights of the golden Zimbabwean sunset. You'll observe the birds flocking to the waters and watch the local animals arrive for their last drink of the day. All of this will happen while enjoying tasty finger snacks provided during the cruise to wrap up day one.

At 10:00 a.m., you will be picked up from the hotel in Victoria Falls and transferred to Kasane, Chobe National Park. You will meet the Botswana guide at the border who will help you to do all the border processes. After that, you will be transferred to Chobe Safari Lodge for check-in. You will relax while waiting for your afternoon game drive which lasts 3 hours.

You will enjoy early morning game drives in Chobe National Park. Tea and coffee are served before the game drive or during the game drive. After the game drive from around 9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., you will have your full breakfast. It is the best time to see big cats like lions, leopards, and cheetahs. Late in the afternoon, you will embark on a sunset cruise in the Chobe River cruising in the Chobe National Park. The trip starts at 3:00 p.m. It’s one of the best experiences to watch the game from the boat and you will also get closer to the animals.

You will enjoy a morning game drive at 5:30 a.m. The pick-up time is early so that we increase the chances of seeing cats when they will still be hunting. The game drive will take 3 hours, which will allow more opportunity to see wildlife which include elephants, antelopes, buffalos, impalas, and many others. Tea is served during the game drive. Afterward, you will have their breakfast at the lodge.

You will be driven to Elephant Sands Lodge which is approximately 260 km from Kasane. The lodge is located in the park which is home to elephants as the name suggests. On arrival, you will check in and in the afternoon do a game drive either in the private concession or park depending on the guide's recommendation.

You will arrive at the Planet Baobab Lodge in Gweta early in the morning. You will drive across the vast grasslands, past lonely baobab sentinels to the edge of Ntwetwe Saltpan. Along the way, your guide will explain the incredible adaptations of the species that are unique to the Kalahari Desert environment. After settling into your cosy and comfy hut, you'll take a stroll with your guide through the surrounding baobab forest, while he explains the local ecology, geology, and of course, the unique biology of the baobabs, which are in fact, not trees but, the largest succulent in the world. You will enjoy a flaming Botswana sunset with a cool drink over a campfire as your guide explains the fascinating geological origins of the Makgadikgadi. This vast saltpan desert, an area that is bigger than Switzerland, was once the largest expanse of fresh water on the planet!
