Nairobi - Olpejeta Conservancy

Set out on a Kenya wildlife safari with a pick up at the Airport/Hotel or residence. Drive through the rich central highlands marvelling at the coffee, Tea and Pineapple farm. Along your way, glance at the imposing Snow-Capped Mt. Kenya attraction. Arrive in time for lunch. Little siesta. Later proceed for a visit to the rhino sanctuary and the Chimpanzee sanctuary. These are the only opportunistic places in Kenya to view the Northern White Rhino and the Chimps. Dinner and Overnight at the Camp.

Enjoy your breakfast. Proceed for game drive whereby you might be able to spot some of the wildlife; Elephant, Lion, Giraffes, Buffalos and Antelopes among others. Depart the conservancy for Samburu National reserve. Check into your camp/lodge then have lunch. Little siesta. Thereafter proceed for a thrilling evening game drive. As you transverse the reserve, you will experience. Different climate and vegetation zones. Be on the look out to see wildlife; Beisa Oryx, Gerenuk, Somali Ostrich, Reticulated Giraffes, Gravy’s Zebras, Lions, Leopard, Cheetah, Antelopes and Gazelles among others. Return you’re your lodge/camp for Dinner and Overnight.

Morning and Afternoon Game Drive

After breakfast you will proceed for game drive within the reserve. We cross fingers that you might be able to capture some of the big cats such as the Cheetah, Leopard, lion among others. You will also come across some of the bird species. Return to the lodge for lunch. Thereafter, continue with game drive. Samburu National Reserve is habited by the local Samburu people commonly know as the distant cousins to the famous indigenous Maasai people. Discover more about their ttraditional codes-crafting of jewellery and ornaments, ‘High Jump’ dances, Milking, cattle herding among others Return for Dinner and overnight.
