After a tasty breakfast, you will depart with your lunch box, heading off on a spectacular afternoon game-viewing drive in Serengeti National Park. Serengeti offers one of Africa's most exotic game-viewing experiences, giving you an up-close look at the animals. You will spot great herds of buffalo, smaller groups of elephants and giraffes, and thousands of eland, topi, kongoni, impala, and Grant's gazelle.

The word Serengeti stems from the Maasai language and means endless plains. Many predators roam these vast grasslands—over 4000 lions, 225 cheetahs, 1000 leopards, 3500 hyenas, and hundreds of wild dogs! In addition to these larger mammals, there are plenty of other smaller animals, which your guide will help you search for.

Best Time To Visit January to February and June to October (Different areas are best at different times)

Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha

After a tasty breakfast, collect your picnic lunch before you embark on a journey to see one of the seven African wonders, the Ngorongoro Crater. The eruption of a massive volcano over 2 million years ago created the crater. The fertile lava has created a unique ecosystem with a large concentration of animals in such a relatively small area.

The Ngorongoro Crater is home to many lion families, buffalos, zebras, wildebeests, and others. You also have an excellent chance to spot the rare black rhino!

After a great day in Ngorongoro Crater, your driver guide will transfer you to Arusha town for your drop-off.
