Arrival in Masai Mara National Reserve

Welcome to Kenya! Our friendly tour/driver guide will pick you up from your hotel or residence in Nairobi city then have a safari briefing before proceeding to Masai Mara. This reserve was classified as the 'Seven Wonders of the World” due to the spectacular great migration when over 1 million wildebeests and more than a hundred thousands of zebras cross the Mara River coming from the Serengeti to the Masai Mara in search of water and greener pastures.
You will have a stopover at the viewpoint of the famous Great Rift Valley. The Great Rift Valley is a continuous geographic trench, more than 6,000 kilometres in length, which runs from northern Syria in Southwest Asia to central Mozambique in South East Africa. Thereafter, you will proceed to your camp and arrive in time for lunch. Later in the afternoon, you will go for a game drive inside the park. You will have time to relax, enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at Miti Mingi Eco Camp.

Game Drive in Masai Mara National Reserve

Today your African dream about Masai Mara will come true. You will have breakfast at your overnight camp then leave for a full game viewing drive inside the park. You will have a picnic lunch along Mara River then continue with your game drive. Later at around 4:00 pm, you will return to your camp. You may opt to visit the Maasai village to learn about the African culture. This is usually at a small fee of around $20 payable directly to the Maasai villagers.
Relaxation, dinner and an overnight stay will be at Miti Mingi Eco Camp on a full board basis.

Masai Mara Departure

This is the last day in Masai Mara where you will have an early breakfast then have an optional visit to the Maasai Village or nature walk before leaving on a relaxed drive to Nairobi. Drop off will be at a Nairobi city hotel or residence. Our tour manager will be at hand to assist in case you need anything else.
