Today you arrive at Entebbe airport and you will be welcomed by your safari guide. You will transfer to your hotel in Entebbe. Depending on your time of arrival, you may relax at your hotel or take a city tour. Some of the main attractions are the Uganda Wildlife Education Centre, the Botanical Gardens and the malls in town.

Fishing in Africa's Largest Freshwaters - Lake Victoria
Take a speedboat and spend a day fishing in the world’s second largest freshwater body – Lake Victoria. The lake famous for being the source of the River Nile, is also home to some monster record breaking fish. Some of which weigh in at over 100kg (220 pounds plus). Lake Victoria is one of the African Great Lakes. With a surface area of approximately 59,947 km², Lake Victoria is Africa's largest lake by area, the world's largest tropical lake, and the world's second-largest fresh water lake by surface area after Lake Superior in North America.

Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park
After breakfast, you will start your journey to the Murchison Falls National Park in northern Uganda. You will make a stopover at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary to walk with the mighty rhinos. The rhinos are one of Africa's Big 5. In the coming days, you will also have the opportunity to seek out the other members of the Big 5 - lions, leopards, elephants and the fierce cape buffalo.
Thereafter continue to Murchison Falls National Park, Uganda’s biggest and one of the most diverse nature reserves. It has the Nile River crush through at Murchison Falls.

Fishing in the World's Longest River, the Nile
Full day fishing trip the Nile River and at the bottom of the Murchison Falls. You will have great opportunities to catch and release Tilapia and Nile Perch from the world’s longest river, and one of the most powerful waterfalls in the world. Our skippers are knowledgeable and know the best spots for fishing. The biggest catch here was Nile perch at 113kg (248pounds). Beside the Nile perch you have tiger fish and tilapia. Modern boats are used but you are advised to bring along your equipment. A guide list will be shared. We also have a cooler box on board for soft drinks and a first aid box for your safety.

Fishing in the River Nile
Like the day before, spend the day fishing in the River Nile. You may change your fishing location by either going nearer the Murchison Falls or some other spot. Our experienced fishing safari experts will guide you. At day’s end, transfer to your lodge, and if time allows, take an evening game drive.

Game Drive and Nile Safari Cruise
Today go out for the wildlife drive through Uganda’s largest national park, the Murchison Falls National Park. Having walked with rhino earlier, today look out for the remaining 4 of Africa’s Big 5 - lions, buffalo, leopards, and elephants. Also watch out for a large variety of birds, hippos, Nile crocodiles and the fastest primate – the patas monkey.
In the afternoon, go out for the safari cruise on the River Nile and on to the world’s most powerful waterfalls, the Murchison Falls (also known as Kabalega Falls).

Transfer Entebbe
The fishing safari finally comes to an end. We hope you have made some record catches of your own, if not for the record books. After breakfast, transfer back to Entebbe and on back home.
