You will arrive at Amboseli National Park in good time for lunch. Then, relax as you await your first game drive.

At 16h00, head out for an exciting game-viewing adventure. The name "Amboseli" comes from a Maasai word meaning "salty dust", and it is one of the best places in Africa to view large herds of elephants up close. Nature lovers can explore 5 different habitats here, ranging from the dried-up bed of Lake Amboseli, wetlands with sulphur springs, the savannah and woodlands. At 18h30, after the game drive, head back to your lodge.

Amboseli National Park

Amboseli National Park

Today, enjoy your breakfast at the camp. Later, take your lunch boxes and proceed to the park to start a game drive in this spectacular park. Crowned by Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa's highest peak, Amboseli National Park is one of Kenya's most popular parks.

Amboseli belongs to the elite of Kenya’s national parks, and it’s easy to see why. Its signature attraction is the sight of hundreds of big-tusked elephants set against the backdrop of Africa’s best views of Mount Kilimanjaro (5,895m). Africa’s highest peak broods over the southern boundary of the park, and while cloud cover can render the mountain’s massive bulk invisible for much of the day, you’ll be rewarded with stunning vistas when the weather clears, usually at dawn and/or dusk.

Apart from guaranteed elephant sightings, you’ll also see wildebeests and zebras, and you have a reasonable chance of spotting lions, cheetahs and hyenas.

Later, drive back to your lodge to relax and enjoy the hotel facilities.
