5-Day Twin Lakes-Hike of Bisoke-Bwindi-Gorilla Trek

Tour of the Twin Lakes

You will be picked up from the airport on arrival in the morning. You will be received by our professional guide. You will then leave Kigali for Kinigi and you check in the hotel. After lunch we shall drive to Musanze to the twin lakes of Burera and Ruhondo. You will enjoy a fantastic nature walk around the lakes, bird watching, fishing and later a beautiful sun downer cruise while enjoying the outstanding view of the volcanoes with cold drinks and snacks.

Hike of Bisoke

You will arise at 6:00 am. You have breakfast and then we head out at 6:30 am. Arriving at Park headquarters at 7:00 am, you will receive Briefing about the hike. Then After Briefing Will drive to the starting point reaching at the starting point, you will start the hike along with the park guides and porters. The round hike takes around 6 hours. After reaching the peak, check out the beautiful views and take as many photos as possible then you will come back to the start point where you will meet the Driver guide to take you back to the hotel.

A tour of Ellen Degeneres Dian fossey Campus then Travel to Bwindi

You shall wake up at 8:00 am. Have breakfast and we shall set off at 9:00 am to Ellen Degeneres Dian Fossey campus. Here you learn about the conservation efforts of the Mountain Gorilla. After the tour we shall head to for Bwindi via Chanika Border. This journey will take 2-3 hours to get to Bwindi. We shall arrive at the hotel and check in the hotel to rest as we await for the gorilla trek the following day.

Trek Gorillas

We arise at 6:30 am. We shall have our breakfast and head to the park gate at 7:00 am. Our professional guide will support you with registration process. You will then be briefed and then aside a group for trekking. You will then trek which takes 2-4 hours depending no the group you have been allocated. You will then return to the lodge to rest.
