Nairobi to Tsavo West

Meet your safari driver/guide at your Nairobi hotel, airport or residence. Depart Nairobi early in the morning, driving south-eastwards on the Nairobi-Mombasa highway. Enter Tsavo West National Park through the Tsavo River gate and start a game drive. Check in to the camp, have lunch and relax in the camp's grounds. Afternoon game drive in the Ziwani area of the park, known for its diverse wildlife including elephants, giraffes, zebras, lions, cheetahs, and many more. Return to the camp for dinner and overnight stay.

Tsavo West National park

Early morning game drive to explore the park and spot wildlife in their natural habitats. Return to the camp for breakfast and rest. Optional activities include a guided nature walk, bird watching or a visit to the nearby Mzima Springs where you can observe underwater hippos and crocodiles through an underwater observatory. Lunch at the camp, followed by an afternoon game drive in the park. Return to the camp for dinner and overnight stay.
