Day 1

After breakfast, you will head into the Tarangire National Park for a morning game drive with your packed lunch box.
The park runs along the line of the Tarangire River and is mainly made up of low-lying hills on the Great Rift Valley floor. Its natural vegetation mainly consists of Acacia woodland and giant African baobab trees, with huge swamp areas in the south. Both the river and the swamps act like a magnet for wild animals, during Tanzania’s dry season.
The Tarangire National Park is reputed to contain some of the largest elephant herds in Africa. You will have lunch in the afternoon and head to Karatu in the evening for an overnight stay.

Day 2
Game Drive in Serengeti National Park
Game Drive in Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, you will head towards the Serengeti National Park, via the beautiful high-lying farmland of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
Leaving the highlands behind, you will descend into the heart of wild Africa —the Serengeti National Park— with its endless plains, rolling into the distance as far as the eye can see. You will head to the central park area, known as the Seronera area, one of the richest wildlife habitats in the park, featuring the Seronera River, which provides a valuable water source to this area and therefore attracts wildlife well representative of most of the Serengeti’s species. After the game drive is complete in the evening, you will be at your accommodation at Kon Tiki Serengeti Camp for a relaxation dinner, and overnight stay.

Day 3
Serengeti to Karatu
Serengeti to Karatu
After breakfast at the lodge, you will depart for another game drive in the majestic Serengeti National Park. You'll be driving through the plains of endless grasslands for most of the day and returning to the lodge for lunch before you set off for another drive after a short rest. You'll then set off for another game drive in the afternoon while heading to Karatu for an en-route game drive. Later, you will drive to your accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 4
Game Drive in Ngorongoro Crater - Drive back to Arusha
Game Drive in Ngorongoro Crater - Drive back to Arusha
You'll have breakfast early in the morning at the lodge and drive to Ngorongoro Crater where you will descend over 600 meters into the crater to view wildlife for a half day’s safari tour. Supported by a year-round water supply and fodder, the Ngorongoro Crater supports a vast variety of animals, which include herds of wildebeest, zebras, buffalos, elands, warthogs, hippos, and giant African elephants.
Another big draw card to this national park is its dense population of predators, which include lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs, and the ever-elusive leopards, which sometimes require a trained eye to spot. Your game drive will proceed until the afternoon when you'll start driving back to Arusha.
