13-Day Thrilling Adventure Through Rwanda and Uganda

Kigali City Tour, Twin Lakes and Cultural tour

You will be picked up from the hotel at 8:00 am, we shall then visit the Kigali Genocide Memorial where we shall have a tour for 2 hours. We shall then drive to Musanze where we shall check in the hotel. After lunch we shall head to Iby'iwacu Cultural Village to learn about the culture of Rwanda. There after head to the twin lake. After that we head to the hotel.

Hike of Mount Bisoke

We arise at 6:00 am at 6:30am we then head to the RDB offices for briefing. We then head to the start off point for the hike. The hike will take 8 hours there you will be able to see great vegetation as you hike the mountain. At the summit you will be able to see a Crator lake. After the hike you will return to the hotel to rest.

Travel to Lake Kivu and Tour Napoleon Island

We shall arise at 8:00 am. We shall then have breakfast. We shall head to Ellen Degeneres Diana Fossey campus to learn of her tremendous work of Gorilla conservation. After that we shall then head to Lake Kivu, here we shall check in the hotel. After lunch we shall do a boat ride on lake Kivu to Napoleon hill for the hike there we shall see fruit bats. After that we shall head back to the hotel.

Travel to Kisoro

We shall arise at 7:00 am, We shall have our breakfast and then head to Kisoro via Chanika border. At the border of Rwanda and Uganda you will be supported with the documentation and you will also get a good forex rate for Uganda Shillings. We shall then head to Lake Mutanda where we shall ride across to get to Gahiza Island retreat there we shall check in and have dinner.

Trek Gorillas and boat ride of Lake Bunyonyi

We shall arise at 5:30 am. We shall have then head to park at 6:00 am. At arrival at the park we shall have a debrief at the park then head for the trek of Gorillas. After trekking of the gorillas we shall head to the lake Bunyonyi to paradise Eco-hub where we shall check in after a boat tour on the lake.

We shall arise at 8:00 am and have our breakfast. We shall then set off for Bushenyi. We shall have multiple stop overs for bathroom breaks or supermarkets. We shall then head to Bushenyi via Ntungamo route till we get to the hotel. We shall check in the hotel.

Trek Chimps and Afternoon Game Drive

We shall arise at 6:00 am, have breakfast then head to Kalinzu forest reserve. We shall have briefing and then head for trekking of the chimps. The experience will take 2-3 hours. We shall then head to Queen Elizabeth where we shall check into the hotel. After lunch we shall head for an evening game drive. After the game drive we shall then return to the hotel.

Morning Boat cruise Kazinga Channel

We shall arise at 8:00 am for breakfast and then head for a boat cruise on Kazinga Channel. This will be a half day activity where we shall be able to see some of the big five on Kazinga Channel. After the tour we shall then return to the hotel to rest.

In Murchison falls we shall visit the top of the falls then after head to the hotel. We shall check in and then have dinner.

In the afternoon we shall head for an afternoon boat cruise on the Nile River this will take 2 hours after that we shall return to the hotel for dinner.

We arise at 6:00 am have breakfast and then set off at 6:30am for the white Rhinos. We shall then tour the white Rhinos and then travel to Jinja. We shall have a couple of stop overs for bathroom breaks and shopping at supermarkets. We shall then arrive at the hotel and check inn.
