Mikumi National Park

We will pick you up at your place in Dar es Salaam and travel 320km to Mikumi National Park. On arrival, you will start the game drive in the park. This is a home to elephants, lions, wild dogs, zebras, hyenas, buffalos, wildebeests, elands, hartebeests, crocodiles, lizards and other residents. Over 300 species of birds have been observed in this park. Your dinner and overnight stay will be at Camp Bastian Mikumi. The meal plan includes lunch and dinner.

After breakfast, you will drive to Ruaha National Park. Lunch will be served in the park. Ruaha National Park

In the morning after breakfast, you will go on a full-day game-viewing drive in the park. The exciting Great Ruaha River features large numbers of hippos and crocodiles and attracts lions, leopards, hunting dogs and other species such as waterbucks, impalas, giraffes, warthogs, elands, zebras and elephants. Grant’s gazelles, ostriches and cheetahs may be seen on the plains. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at Tanapa Cottages. The meal plan includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

This morning, you will explore the park on a nature walk for 2 hours with a first-rate guide and two armed park rangers to ensure your safety. The breakfast will be served at the end of the trail and then it will be followed by a drive to Mikumi National Park. Your dinner and overnight stay will be at Camp Bastian Lodge. The meal plan includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
