You will be picked up from either Kilimanjaro or Arusha Airport and dropped off at Karibu Heritage House. If time allows (depending on your arrival), you will have the option to do an Arusha city tour, visiting the famous art gallery, the Cultural Heritage Centre, the local market, and the Maasai market.

Arusha to Tarangire
Today, our safari adventure begins! After breakfast, we pick you up from your hotel and drive for 2 hours to Tarangire National Park. The park is well known for its large elephant herds and abundance of ancient baobab trees (the largest trees on the continent). From the open roof of the vehicle, we will experience the seasonal swamps and savannah. The Tarangire River is full of wildlife, ranging from a large variety of birds to giraffe, impala, zebra, lion, leopard, eland, warthog, and elephant. We will have our picnic lunch at the picnic site which has a spectacular view and proceed with game viewing before continuing to Fig Tree Lodge for dinner and overnight.

Fig Tree Lodge to Serengeti
After breakfast, we will proceed to Serengeti. A long and bumpy road will take you about 4 to 5 hours of a fascinating en-route game drive, up the crater highlands towards the vast plains of the Serengeti. We will stop for a picnic lunch before we check in at the park for an afternoon game drive. After catching the sunset, we will proceed to the Seronera Campsite for dinner and overnight.
If the weather is clear, you will stop at the crater viewpoint past the Ngorongoro gate to have a quick 10-minute look at the Ngorongoro Crater from above while en-route to Serengeti.

Full-day game drive in Serengeti
Today promises an entire day of exploration in the park, beginning with an early start at sunrise. Embarking on a full-day game drive, we'll traverse the picturesque landscapes of the Serengeti, on the lookout for the renowned Big 5. Serengeti's allure extends beyond its majestic mammals, with over 500 bird species documented, including the striking ostriches and peculiar secretary birds in the open grasslands, and the graceful black eagles soaring above the savannah. The quest for the diverse wildlife continues until sunset, where we return to camp for a delightful dinner and an overnight stay.
For those seeking additional adventures, activities like a balloon safari and a walking safari are available at an extra cost.

Serengeti to Simba Campsite, Ngorongoro
Today, we'll rise early around 6 am for a sunrise game drive, offering the best chance to spot animals in their most active state. A pause at a scenic picnic site allows us to relish breakfast in the heart of the bush, followed by the continuation of the game drive. Returning to the camp for a hot lunch, we then load up the vehicle and set off for Ngorongoro. The day concludes with dinner and an overnight stay at Simba Campsite.

Ngorongoro Crater
Today, our safari adventure begins at 6 am as we board the safari vehicle and descend into the crater with our packed breakfast. This remarkable location showcases nearly every wildlife species native to East Africa, including the elusive black rhino, if luck is on our side. Spanning 260 square kilometers and boasting a diameter of about 20 kilometers, we'll dedicate approximately 6 hours to thoroughly explore this diverse ecosystem. After ascending back to the campsite for a hot lunch, we'll commence our journey back to Arusha, aiming to arrive around 5 to 6 pm.
