Have an early breakfast, your driver picks you up at your hotel at 07:30. When all your bags are packed into the jeep, you set off for Tarangire. From Arusha, it is a 2-2,5 hours’ drive to Tarangire along a tarmac road. The rest of the day is spent in Tarangire National Park. Tarangire is a huge area of thorny bush and Savannah. The park is home to large numbers of herbivores, and most known to be one of the best parks in Africa to see elephants. Other animals that you have a good chance to see in Tarangire include lions, leopard, hyena, jackal, ostrich, wildebeest, zebra, impala, baboon, warthog and many others.

Ngorongoro Crater - Arusha
After morning breakfast, you will leave Marera Valley Lodge heading to Ngorongoro Crater, the world's largest inactive, unbroken and unfilled volcanic caldera among of the seven natural world wonders. Here you will have six to seven hours game drive (lunch included) and you will have a chance to see a lot of animals at once inside the Crater such as like lions, elephants, cheater, rhino, buffalo, zebra, except a giraffe, with the fact that, they can’t enter as the sides are too steep for them to walk down. Still, you will be able to see them around the crater. During evening drive back to Arusha.
