Day 1

Kilimanjaro Airport - Moshi

We will pick you up at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), and then transfer to Moshi town for overnight. You will be welcomed at the airport by our professional driver guide, and a "welcome kit" to show our hospitality. The drive is about 1 hour.

Day 2

Moshi - Kilimanjaro Hiking - Arusha

Moshi - Kilimanjaro Hiking - Arusha

After breakfast, we will go to the foothill of Mt. Kilimanjaro, the highest peak in Africa, for some hiking. We will encounter lush forests, organic coffee plantations, waterfalls, and local way of lives on our trip. You will be greeted by welcoming villages some local Kilimanjaro coffee. After lunch, we will head to Arusha. In the evening, we will arrange you a "Welcome Dinner" of Tanzanian Barbecue - Nyama Choma.

Day 3

Arusha - Tarangire - Karatu

Arusha - Tarangire - Karatu

Today we will head westward, and start our wildlife safari. The first stop is Tarangire National Park, where there is abundant gathering of elephant herds. This park is also famous for Baobab trees, making it an iconic scene of this part of Tanzania. In the evening, we will reach Karatu for overnight.

Karatu - Ngorongoro Crater - Central Serengeti

Karatu - Ngorongoro Crater - Central Serengeti

Ngorongoro Crater is the world's largest inactive, intact and unfilled volcanic caldera. We will enter the crater to appreciate the natural marvels. Ngorongoro Crater is also a perfect destination to watch all "Big Fives". After the game-drive, we will head to Serengeti National Park, and reach the central plains by sunset.

Central Serengeti - Northern Serengeti

Central Serengeti - Northern Serengeti

Every year from July to October, the migration herds are congregated by the Mara River, for food and water. We will head north from the central plains to look for wildebeest herds, and might encounter the spectacular Mara River crossings. Enjoy the excitement!

Full-day game-drive in Northern Serengeti to continue looking for the migration herds. If you like, you can add on a morning Balloon Safari at Kogatende to appreciate the views from the air at your own expense.

After breakfast, we will head back to Central Serengeti with game-drive along the way. From the Mara River bush to the Savannah and Kopjes, you can see how vast the Serengeti is, the homeland of countless amazing creatures.

Today we will head back, but the splendors are not over. We will do a morning game-drive, and then pass by Ngorongoro Conservation Area, where we will visit the Maasai Village to appreciate the culture, customs, and the pastoral way of life. In the late afternoon, we arrive in Karatu.

Today after breakfast, we will head back and visit Lake Manyara National Park, where "Tree-climbing Lions" made its fame. This is the last stop of our whole safari trip. With happy memories of Tanzania safari, we will be back in Arusha in the late afternoon.
