Kilimanjaro Airport - Arusha

We will pick you up at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), and then transfer to Arusha for overnight. You will be welcomed at the airport by our professional driver guide, and a "welcome kit" to show our hospitality. The drive is about 1 hour. In the evening, we will arrange you a "Welcome Dinner" of Tanzanian Barbecue - Nyama Choma.

Arusha - Tarangire - Karatu

After breakfast, we will head to Tarangire National Park, which is famous for its Baobab Trees and amazing elephants. This is the first safari experience on our trip and we will have the chance to encounter many more creatures. After the game drive, we will leave for Karatu for the overnight.

From July to October, the migration herds are congregated by the Mara River, for food and water. We will head north from the central plains to look for wildebeest herds, and find our luck to encounter the spectacular and majestic Mara River crossings.
