Chobe National Park Botswana

This full-day safari package comprises a game drive in the world-famous Chobe National Park and a boat cruise on the Chobe River. It is only an hour’s drive from Victoria Falls to the Chobe National Park in Botswana. The park is home to one of the largest game concentrations in Africa. You will be picked up from the Rainbow Hotel at 7 am and drive for 70km (45 min) to the border of Zimbabwe and Botswana where you will do the immigration processes and passport stamping to cross over to the Botswana side for the trip.

During the course of the day, refreshments and a buffet lunch will be served at Chobe Safari Lodge before the boat cruise. After the tour, you will be dropped off at Shearwater Explorers Village.

Hwange National Park, Zimbabwe

You will be picked up from the hotel or lodge at 6:30 am and proceed to Hwange National Park. You will travel along Bulawayo Road and drive for about 2 hrs and 30 min (180km). On arrival at the park, you will have breakfast followed by a morning game drive.

Hwange National Park is the biggest and most-visited park in Zimbabwe. It is very popular for the great number of animals that are seen here, including elephants, buffaloes, lions, wild dogs, impalas, giraffes, and many different species of birds.

After the morning game drive, you will have lunch and then do another afternoon game drive. You will have plenty of opportunities to spot a wide range of animals as there are many waterholes dotted around the park from where animals can be seen clearly. When the game drive is finished, it is time to drive back to Shearwater Village in Victoria Falls.
