Day 1

Nairobi- Lake Naivasha & Hells gate

Your driver will pick you from the your city hotel for start of the safari to Lake Naivasha. You will then proceed to Hell’s Gate National Park, named for the intense geothermal activity within its boundaries. Spectacular scenery including the towering cliffs, water-gouged gorges and stark rock towers. The park is also home to various wildlife. You will then have a boat ride safari on Lake Naivasha at an extra cost. Lake Naivasha is a beautiful freshwater lake, fringed by thick papyrus. Much of the lake is surrounded by forests of the yellow barked Acacia. The waters of the lake draw a great range of game to these shores. Giraffes, Buffalos and Colobus monkeys and large hippos. You will also visit Crescent Island. This magical space offers a number of unforgettable experiences, which you should definitely get to experience. The amazing thing is that you get to take a nature walk among these animals without fear of harm or danger. Your dinner and overnight stay is at the camp.

Day 2

Early morning pick up, then drive to Lake Nakuru National Park. Known all over the world for its flamingos, it's alkaline and is recognized as being one of the natural wonders of the world. Lake Nakuru is now a rhino sanctuary, harboring a population of over 45 black and 31 white rhinos, but the flamingos, of course, have always been the main attraction. At times there may be almost 2 million flamingos in the residence, forming a stunningly beautiful deep pink band around the edge of the lake shore. Arrive in time for lunch at the hotel, then have an afternoon game drive. The best time for animal viewing in the park is from June to March when there is little rainfall since the animals gather around at the water holes, it is easy to spot the animals late in the afternoon. The common animals in the park include; flamingos, white rhinos, zebras, buffaloes, hippos and monkeys.

Depart early in the morning to Masai Mara National Reserve. It holds on as one of the few places left on earth where wildlife still lives relatively undisturbed, in the numbers that once roamed the plains and forests of Africa. As the northern tip of the vast Serengeti ecosystem, the Mara hosts the spectacular seasonal migration of many thousands of wildebeest, zebras, and attendant predators. Arrive in time for lunch, then have an afternoon game drive. You will spend your nigh at the camp.

Day 4

You will be taken on two game drives today, in the morning before breakfast and in the late afternoon. Early mornings and late afternoons are considered the best time to spot animals as they are most active. To get some of the best game viewing of the day, an early start is needed to beat the heat of the sun. This is a phenomenal experience that will surely create lifetime memories. The animals in the great Mara include hippos, elephants, zebras, crocodiles, cheetahs and lions. To bring more texture to your experience at the Mara, you may want to take advantage of several optional events we offer at an extra cost. Experience a visit to the local Masai people in their nearby village. Meet these indigenous people and see up close their ancient lifestyle and culture. Take a pre-dawn hot air balloon ride high above the reserve as the morning light breaks across the golden savanah. Your driver can arrange either of these optional excursions.
