After being picked up from the airport or Hotel in the morning, we will drive to Tsavo East National Park, which is renowned for its large number of elephants and the famous "man eating" lions. We will then arrive at Voi Safari Lodge, where you will check-in and have lunch. In the afternoon you will experience another game drive in Tsavo East before returning to the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay at Voi safari Lodge.

After early breakfast depart for a morning game drive in the reserve, en-route to the gate. Landscape is beautiful and we had interesting animal sightings including gerenuk, fringe eared Orynx and lions mating. The combination of red earth and blue sky is stunning and the elephants covered in red are worth seeing. Park is well sign posted and we were able to borrow a laminated map from the park gate. Game drive time. Enjoyed exploring along the Voi River and also the area around the Galena Falls. A visit to the Voi Stockade in advance seeing the orphaned elephants return to the stockade in the afternoon for milk and bedtime was a highlight for us.

Tsavo East National Park - Amboseli National Park
We depart to Amboseli via Kajindo in the morning after breakfast and drive south through Maasai country to the plains below Mt. Kilimanjaro where Amboseli is situated. After a picnic lunch enroute with the majestic backdrop of Mt. Kilimanjaro, spectacular displays of wildlife animals like lion, elephant, leopard and various plains platues game, postcard perfect pictures are almost always guaranteed. Amboseli National Park is known for its large elephant herds and views of immense Mount Kilimanjaro, across the border in Tanzania. Observation Hill offers panoramas of the peak and the park’s plains and swamps. Varied wildlife includes giraffes, zebras, cheetahs and hundreds of bird species.

Amboseli is a signature attraction is the sight of hundreds of big-tusked elephants set against the backdrop of Africa’s best views of Mt Kilimanjaro 5895m. Amboseli national park is a home to over 80 different species of wildlife including African buffaloes, impalas, lions, zebras, wildebeests among others. The park is also an important birding area hosting over 400 bird species including, common redshank, Dickinson’s kestrel, Eurasian thick-knee, Greater flamingo, Hartlaub’s bustard, Lesser flamingo, Long-toed lapwing, Pangani longclaw, Rufous chatterer, Rufous-bellied heron, Spike-heeled lark, Steel-blue whydah, Taveta golden weaver, Von der Decken’s hornbill, Yellow-necked spurfowl and many more.

Amboseli National Park – Lake Naivasha National Park
After breakfast, head north, passing through Naivasha town and drive around the southern end of the lake, past the flower farms to the entrance of Hell’s Gate National Park. Soon after you enter the park the impressive landscape unfolds before you a semi-arid world with sheer rugged cliffs, open plains, and deep concealed gorges. An afternoon boat ride at extra cost among colonies of hippos will be ideal view over the Lake Naivasha. There are many activities you can do in Hell’s Gate including, walking, cycling, rock climbing, bird watching, and trekking through the gorge amongst the geysers, the choice is yours.

Lake Naivasha National Park - Ol Pejeta Conservancy
After breakfast, you will depart for Ol Pejeta Conservancy in Nanyuki via Nairobi. Check into your lodge, have lunch. After lunch have a thirty minutes rest before proceeding with your game drive. The Ol Pejeta Conservancy is a 360 km² not-for-profit wildlife conservancy in Central Kenya's Laikipia County. It is situated on the equator west of Nanyuki, between the foothills of the Aberdares and Mount Kenya.

Ol Pejeta Conservancy - Samburu National Reserve
You will be driven north past the equator to the northern frontier district. Continue to the semi-arid Samburu National Reserve and check in to your campsite. Have lunch at the lodge. There will be time to settle in before your safari adventure in the afternoon. Set out for an afternoon game drive in the reserve. Enjoy twice daily game drives where you will see huge majestic elephant, lion, leopard and cheetah and all of the ‘special five’ which include the Beisa oryx, reticulated giraffe, Grevy’s zebra, Gerenuk antelope and Somali ostrich.
In the hot and arid lowlands of the Northern districts of Kenya, featuring doum palms and over 450 species of birds, there are interesting experiences to keep you fascinated over the next day or two. Set out for an early morning game drive in the Samburu Reserve for a whole day. In the morning is usually the most popular game viewing time. During the early hours’ temperatures are low, thus providing a favorable atmosphere both for the game and the viewer. Lion, cheetah, and leopard roam the vast grasslands in search of their next meal, it may be an unsuspecting impala or even a small one like the warthog. The spectacle of nature unfolding is always amazing to watch over the top pop-up roof.

Samburu National Reserve – Lake Nakuru National Park
After breakfast, you will depart for Lake Nakuru. You will ascend the eastern wall of the Rift Valley where lush coffee and tea plantations reveal themselves and your driver-guide will give you a brief talk about coffee farming in Kenya. You will have a short stop-over at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint for photographs and then proceed with your drive to arrive at Lake Nakuru in time for lunch. After lunch, you will set for a game drive in the park in searches of the big five animals like a lion, rhino, leopard and cheetah, and more other animals. Lake Nakuru is famous for its millions of flamingoes and migrant birds from over the world; in Nakuru, we have up to 425 different bird species.

Maasai Mara National Reserve
After your breakfast, you will leave with your picnic lunch for a full-day game drive in the reserve in search of the Big Five as well as other numerous plain animals. Maasai Mara stretches across an area of 580 square miles (1,510 sq km). It represents the northernmost portion of the Mara-Serengeti ecosystem. The Sand River, Talek River, and the Mara River are the primary rivers draining waters of the reserve. The park is divided into two main areas the inner portion which features pristine wilderness and the outer portion which allows for cattle of the Maasai people to graze. The Maasai Mara is renowned for its abundance and variety of larger plains species as well as the variety of predator species. It is considered the only place left in Kenya which resembles the wildlife population today from what it once was. Although there is an abundance, the wildlife is declining and thankfully the preserve is there to protect it.
