Johannesburg to the Baobab Ridge Safari Lodge

Depart from the Johannesburg O.R Tambo Airport bus terminal by 07h00 and travel eastwards via the N4 motorway. Drive through the highveld of Gauteng and Mpumalanga to the Klaserie Private Game Reserve in Limpopo.

The drive may take about six to seven hours, and you will stop along the way for refreshments. You should reach the lodge around midday and have time to freshen up and relax before departing on an open safari vehicle for your first afternoon game drive.

After watching the sunset, you will return to the lodge where dinner will be ready.

Wake up early to enjoy a hot beverage and rusks before departing on the morning game drive to catch the sun rising and spot some nocturnal animals still out hunting.

You will return to the lodge for a late breakfast and can spend the rest of the day lazing around.

Your afternoon game drive will depart at about 16h00 and return after sunset, just in time for dinner under the African skies.

Morning Open Vehicle Safari Drive and Return to Johannesburg

Day Includes:

* Morning Open vehicle safari drive in the Klaserie Game Reserve
* Breakfast
* Transfer to the OR Tambo Airport Bus Terminal arriving between 17:30 - 18:00pm.

On the last day of your stay, you will again get up early to enjoy your hot beverage and rusks before proceeding on the final game drive.

After experiencing another African sunrise, you return for breakfast at the lodge before departing to Johannesburg. You will arrive at your drop-off point at around 17h00.
