Fly-in Central Serengeti National Park

You will be picked up from the hotel and driven to Zanzibar Airport to board a flight to Seronera Airstrip. You will arrive in Serengeti and your private guide from Safari Nuggets will be waiting with a welcoming smile to pick you up and start your safari. You will relax in your comfortable safari vehicle as you explore the endless plains. Later in the evening you will drive to your tented lodge for an overnight.

Today after an early breakfast, you will go for a morning game drive. In the afternoon, you will return to the lodge for lunch and check out then start your journey to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. You will arrive at the Ngorongoro Marera Mountain View Lodge in the evening. You will enjoy your stay at the lodge, you can have a short briefing with your guide and then rest for an early morning descent into the crater.

Ngorongoro Crater to Zanzibar

After an early breakfast, you will descend 600m into the Ngorongoro Crater. Inside this crater, you will experience Africa’s version of “Noah’s Ark.” The Ngorongoro Crater is the world’s largest caldera measuring nearly 2,000 feet in depth while
covering 250 square kilometers in area. The crater is a spectacular setting and contains an abundance of wildlife with over 20,000 large animals including Tanzania’s remaining black rhino. You will return to the lodge to check out and drive to Arusha airport for your flight back to Zanzibar.
