Iringa to Ruaha National Park

In the morning, you will be picked up from your hotel in Iringa and driven to Ruaha National Park. The journey will take about 2-3 hours, depending on the road conditions. Upon arrival at the park, you will go through the park gate and proceed to your accommodation for check-in and lunch. After the game drive, you will return to your accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay.

Ruaha National Park

After breakfast, you will embark on a full-day game drive in Ruaha National Park. This will give you ample time to explore the park and spot as much wildlife as possible. Your guide will take you to different areas of the park, including rivers, marshes, and savannahs, where you are likely to see different animal species. After a full day of wildlife viewing, you will return to your accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay.

Morning Game Drive and Departure

On your last day in Ruaha National Park, you will wake up early for a morning game drive. This is a great time to spot predators as they are most active during the cooler hours of the morning. You may see lions on a hunt or leopards returning from a night of hunting.

After the game drive, you will return to your accommodation for breakfast. You'll check out and depart from Ruaha National Park, heading back to Iringa. Your driver will drop you off at your hotel or any other preferred location in Iringa, marking the end of your Ruaha safari.
