Day 1

Upon arrival at Kigali international airport, you will meet our drive guide who is fluent in English and French to brief you about the upcoming activities and then transfer you to your hotel. If you arrive in the morning time, we will proceed with a short Kigali city tour.

Day 2
Transfer to Nyungwe, King Palace museum and canopy walk

After an early breakfast, you will drive about 5hours towards Nyungwe National. You will reach Nyungwe in the afternoon and have your lunch. After lunch, you will go to experience the canopy walk around 2Pm.
Later in the evening, we will cross the Rwanda-DRC border and stay at Ear Ken Guesthouse.

Day 3
Chimpanzee trek

After your breakfast, we will go at Nyungwe National park reception for check in before we go to trek the chimpanzee trek, our cousins who do share more than 98% of our DNA. The trek does take about 3hour depending on where the chimps are located. After meeting the chimpanzees, you will stay with them 1 hour taking your pictures for memory.
Later we will return back to our hotel for lunch and stay at Emeraud hotel on Lake kivu shoreline.

Day 4
Go to respond to the calling Island in Kibuye

After breakfast, you will start driving along the Lake Kivu belt. The way is fully panoramic, passing through thousands of hills enveloped by green tea plantations and colored by the village trails above the peaceful lake shores until Karongi city.
At Moriah Hotel, you will be welcomed as a king with a cold juice and a grilled fresh fish for your lunch.
After lunch, you will get in the local boat, time to explore splendid Rwanda. You will visit pass through islands and islets but mainly you will visit three of them: Napoleon Island, the Blue monkey Island, and the peace island. You will get chance to see Monkeys that live on the island.
Then after you will ride back to Amahoro Island (Peace island) and take your way to Moriah resort.

Day 5
Mount Rubavu hike and Rubavu City tour

After your breakfast, we will go for hike the Rubavu Mount. This a 3hour hike in all ways depending on how fit you are. The Mount is above the Rubavu city, and has a panoramic view of both the Goma city, Nyiragongo volcano and Kivu Lake in one view.
Later, we will proceed with Rubavu city tour and visit the two exciting borders with DRC to learn more about Rwanda and DRC. The two countries have two cities Goma on the side of DRC and Rubavu in Rwanda, considered to be twin cities thanks to their intersection. You will also visit the German and Belgium tombs to learn about the colonial era in Rwanda and the war that opposed them in Rwanda.
Later in the evening, you will go to relax on Kivu beach and continue with hotspring experience.
You will just get away your shoes and soak your feet in hot spring for health. The springs are known to relieve pains and make your body feel well.

Day 6
Canoeing in Mukungwa river and Banana beer making

After your breakfast, you will drive around 2 hours from Rubavu to Musanze and go to experience canoeing in Mukungwa River, a river that is nearby the volcanoes. Later after your lunch, we will drive towards Musanze village where you will learn how to make banana beer. The Ladies in the community will teach you everything from field to a cup of banana jus and then banana beer.
Later after, we will return back to your hotel.

Day 7
Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park, evening game drive
Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park, evening game drive
After your breakfast, we will drive straight toward Queen Elizabeth National. The drive is around 5hours to reach the Ishasha sector of the park, which is famous for Tree Climbing Lions. You will see many other park mammals that you might not have sighted during your visit to other sections of the park, like elephants, and Leopard among others.
Later after, you will get transferred to your hotel and relax while prepare yourself for the next day hike.

Day 8
Transfer to Murchison falls until the top of the falls
Transfer to Murchison falls until the top of the falls
After an early breakfast, our driver guide will pick you up from your hotel at 7:00 am, he will also brief you about your 3 Days safari to Murchison falls and start a 6-hour car drive to Murchison Falls National park. You will go through the Luwero, and later have a stopover at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for Rhino tracking; here you will find both black and white rhinos.
After tracking have another stop in Masindi where you will have lunch, after lunch proceed to the park, after making payments for park entry drive towards the top of the falls, here along the way you will see various animals such as warthogs, baboons among others.
Being at the top of the falls is an amazing experience as you will watch the magnificent falls squeezing through the rocks in an 8m gorge. Take as many photos as you can. Later drive to the lodge, relax the whole evening, have dinner and an overnight.

Morning game drive and boat cruise
Morning game drive and boat cruise
On this day wake up early and have breakfast at 6:30 am, laterafter your driver and the ranger guide will pick you up from the lodge to start your Game drive at 7:00 am. During the drive, you will be in position to see very many animals such as lions, buffaloes, giraffes, elephants, antelopes, waterbucks and birds among others.
After the game drive at around 12 am, drive back to the lodge for lunch and get prepared for the afternoon boat cruise. On the boat you will be able to see various Nile crocodiles, hippos, buffaloes, elephants along the banks of the Nile as well as different beautiful birds some singing in the trees such as the bee eaters, the colored kingfishers, the shoe billed stork and many others. The boat ride will take you to the base/bottom of the Murchison Falls, when you reach here you will be able to see clearly the mighty waterfalls.
Later after, we will drive back to your lodge and stay there.

Return back to Kampala and fly back to your home

Enjoy your breakfast; and depending on your flight, you will drive directly to Kampala or proceed with another Game drive in the morning on your way back to Kampala. It will be a great time as you look out for various animal species though most of them will be seen in the grasslands feeding such as buffaloes, elephants, giraffes, lions, antelopes, not forgetting a number of bird species.
Leave the park, have a stop in Masindi for lunch and continue with the journey reaching Kampala in the evening.
