Transfer from Kampala to Kibale Forest National Park

Upon your arrival you will be welcomed by our safari guide who will brief you about your 5 days safari and then start the journey to Kibale Forest National Park in Western Uganda. You will stop at the Equator to take memorable pictures and buy some souvenirs before proceeding to Mbarara town with another stopover at Igongo Cultural Centre. You will have your lunch here and later embark on your journey through an astonishing scenery to Kibale Forest for overnight and Dinner.

Chimpanzee trekking and Bigodi wetland

After your morning breakfast, your safari guide will drive you to the park visitors Centre for briefing about Chimpanzee trekking. After your briefing you will be allocated a particular Chimpanzee family to trek, then in the company of a ranger guide, you will wander into the thick forest in search for Chimpanzees. Trekking Chimpanzee normally takes 1-4 hours depending on their movements. Along you trekking adventure you will encounter other primates like Grey cheeked Mangabey, Baboons, Vervet Monkeys L'hoest Monkeys, Black and White Colobus and variety of bird species. Then in the afternoon you will take a nature walk to Bigodi wetland for an amazing view of wildlife in a close range.

Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

After your morning breakfast you meet your guide and transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park, you will check into the Hotel for lunch. Then you will be taken through an afternoon game drive in which you will see a number of animals like buffaloes, waterbucks, topis, elephants and warthogs and visit the twin lakes.

Game drive and Boat cruise

You will wake up early for a morning game drive in the park during which you will see Lions, Elephants, Topis, Leopards, Bushbucks, Cape Buffaloes, Hyenas, Warthogs, Uganda Kobs, among others and return to the Lodge for Lunch. In the afternoon you will go for a two-hour boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel which connects Lakes George and Edward and view concentrations of giant hippos, elephants, and crocodiles among others. You will also see many varieties of birds at the water shores. You will have dinner and overnight at the lodge booked for you.

Transfer Back to Kampala/Entebbe

After a relaxed morning breakfast of your 5 days safari, you will check out of the Lodge and your safari guide will transfer you back to Kampala. On the way, you will stop for an en-route lunch and later proceed to Kampala where you will reach in the evening. Upon arrival, your safaris guide will transfer you to the Airport.
End of the trip.
