Upon arrival at Maun airport you will depart via light aircraft for Linyanti Expedition Camp.
Experience a life-changing safari at our seasonal camp located on the southern banks of the Linyanti River in northern Botswana. The true art of safari is waking up with the crisp dawn air to the sound of birds rejoicing. Enjoying a warm cup of coffee, anticipating what the day has to offer.
Arrive in time for check in and lunch before heading out on your first afternoon safari.
Return at dusk for storytelling around the fire and a delicious dinner sharing stories with other travelers.

Explore Linyanti
You'll have a full day exploring the Khwai area during morning and afternoon activities. We will leave the camp at first light to enjoy a morning activity and return in time for brunch.
Should you wish to just relax and take it easy the top deck is the perfect place to do this during the day. With several sun loungers and a mixture of shade and sun, it's the perfect place to relax with a good book and watch the world go by.
Head out again for an afternoon activity returning after sunset. Return to the lodge in time for a delicious dinner under the African sky.

Day 4
Helicopter flight to Khwai
Helicopter flight to Khwai
Depart on a scenic helicopter flight from Linyanti to Khwai Community area. On arrival you will be delighted with the views of the camp, on the edge of the Moremi Game Reserve in Botswana. It is nestled amongst a forest of sycamore and leadwood trees. A perfect welcome to the green season with dramatic afternoon thunderstorms which are expected to provide much needed relief to wildlife and vegetation. Migrant birds arrive in their flocks and predator hunts are common as vulnerable offspring are born. Experience the vastness of the landscape beyond with a helicopter transfer to the Nxai Pan.
Head on the afternoon safari after your checkin and start exploring what the green season in the Okavango Delta offers.
Return to the lodge in time for a delicious dinner under the African skies.
