You will be picked up from the airport by our guide and transported to your accommodations in Arusha, where you will stay overnight, relax, and prepare for your adventures to come. Arusha Planet Lodge is an oasis of calm and aesthetic pleasure. Arusha is located below Mount Meru on the eastern edge of the eastern branch of the Great Rift Valley. Arusha has a temperate and comfortable climate. The city is close to many of Tanzania’s greatest attractions and is a major international diplomatic hub.

Day 2

Arusha - Tarangire National Park

Arusha - Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, you will be picked up at 8:00 am and then drive to Tarangire National Park for a day of game drives. In this beautiful park with big heads of elephants, impalas, zebras, giraffes, wildebeest, cheetah, leopard and Lions. If you are lucky you may spot the rare tree-climbing pythons. Apart from the animals, the contrasting landscape is stunning with the biggest diversity of habitat than the Serengeti National Park. For birders, this is your day. Over 425 species of birds have been recorded here with the highest number of raptors. In the late afternoon, you will drive to Eileen's Trees Inn for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3

After breakfast, you will continue towards the fertile highlands where wheat, coffee, and corn are grown by the Iraqw people. Passing through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, you will be able to see the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater before traveling onwards to the Serengeti, which you will reach by midday.
Serengeti National Park is the largest park in Tanzania. It features diverse landscapes and habitats, such as grassy plains, swamps, lakes, savannahs, and mountains. The biggest wildebeest and zebra migration takes place here. Depending on the season, you may witness thousands of animals on their search for food and water. After an extensive game drive, you will head to Serengeti Pure Tented Camp for dinner and your overnight stay.

Serengeti National Park Full-Day Game Drive

The entirety of today is set aside for game driving in Serengeti National Park. The Serengeti is the habitat for an abundance of wildlife, including impalas, buffalo, crocodiles, and hippos, but is best known for its great migrating herds of zebras and wildebeest. The animals’ trek is determined by the rainfall and varies from year to year. The Serengeti is famous for the yearly migration when hundreds of thousands of wildebeests and zebras trek to find fresh grass and water, game viewing is good year around with great sightings of lions, cheetahs, leopards, hippos, and giraffes. In the evening, you will drive to Serengeti Pure Luxury Camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

After breakfast, you will go on a full-day game drive for your second day in the Serengeti. Today, you will explore areas further away with a high chance of seeing animals. This park is the oldest and most famous in Tanzania and has a diversity of habitats and landscapes – short grass plains, savannah, thick bush, swamps, and lakes. Bizarre rock formations called kopjes dot the grassy landscape where predators are often seen. Late afternoon, you will return to your accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay at Serengeti Pure Luxury Tented Camp.

After an early breakfast, you will head out for Ngorongoro crater for full day. You might be able to spot the Big Five – lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino, and leopard – before embarking to the Ngorongoro Crater. The animals roam freely through the unfenced reserves, offering you an uninterrupted game-viewing experience. You will arrive at the edge of the crater and have your first glimpse of what awaits you the following day – glistening streams, open grassland, and an infinite number of animals. You will have dinner and spend the night at Eileen`s Trees Inn.

Karatu - Lake Manyara National Park

After breakfast, you will drive to your final destination on this epic safari: Lake Manyara National Park is well known for its tree climbing Lions and large groups of Flamingo birds and baboons. From the open roof of the vehicle, you will experience the many animals - including zebras, lions, buffalos, elephants, and giraffes and much more. It's possible that you will catch a glimpse of a lion stalking its prey or leopards watching and relaxing in the trees above. After an extensive game drive through the park, you will head back to our lodge for dinner and overnight. Accommodation at Eileens Tree Inn.
