Day 1

Upon your arrival at the airport our guide will be waiting for you, and after a brief introduction you will be transferred to Moshi Town, if you have time and energy our guide can give a short town tour so as to enjoy the beauty of the city.

Nestled at the base of Mount Kilimanjaro, Moshi is the coffee producing Centre of the country. Moshi town is the closest spot to Kilimanjaro National Park and also several waterfalls, natural springs, and tropical forests.

Day 2

Marangu – Karatu (3-hours transfer)

Following a delightful breakfast, your designated driver guide will collect you, and together, we shall embark on a scenic drive towards the entrance gates of Kilimanjaro National Park. Upon submitting the entrance permit, we will commence our invigorating hike to the captivating Marangu waterfalls, covering a round trip distance of 5.5km. The hike will take approximately 1.5 hours to reach the splendid Marangu waterfalls.

After this remarkable hiking experience, we will partake in an enriching cultural tour, which includes a visit to coffee plantations. In the late afternoon, we will proceed to Karatu, where we shall indulge in a delightful dinner and spend the night.

Situated at an elevation of approximately 1300m (4300ft) above sea level, Marangu boasts a captivating setting amidst towering peaks and deep valleys, all enveloped by lush tropical rainforest. Just a 40-minute drive from Moshi town, Marangu offers a picturesque vantage point to behold the majestic Mt. Kilimanjaro.

Day 3

Manyara National Park – Serengeti NP (3-hours transfer)

After having breakfast at around 08:00 am, we'll prepare lunch boxes and then head to the entrance gate of Lake Manyara National Park. On this day, you'll have the opportunity to enjoy the splendid view over Lake Manyara, observe elephants up close in the woodlands, and visit the famous Manyara hippo pool, where many hippos reside.

The park also offers a magnificent view of the 400-meter deep Great Rift Valley. This geological phenomenon formed 22 to 25 million years ago due to movement in a weak area of the earth's crust, creating a rift thousands of kilometers long across East Africa. The valley is so vast that it can be seen from outer space, and its diverse landscapes attract a wide variety of animals.

After spending several hours on the game drive, we will proceed directly to Serengeti National Park, with an en-route game drive to further enhance our wildlife experience.

Following a nourishing breakfast, embark on an enthralling adventure of game drives safari in the Serengeti, traversing the undulating plains of Serengeti National Park in pursuit of formidable predators and the graceful herbivores that constitute their sustenance. As the day progresses, we shall make our way to the captivating Ngorongoro Conservation Area, where a delectable dinner awaits, followed by a restful overnight stay.

The word "Serengeti" comes from the Maasai language and means "endless plains." These expansive grasslands are home to many predators, such as over four thousand lions, 225 cheetahs, a thousand leopards, 3500 hyenas, and hundreds of wild dogs! There are also numerous other magnificent animals that inhabit these plains, and your knowledgeable guide will be excited to search for them with you.
