Meet your driver guide at the Airport or from Hotel or Home, drive to Nyerere National Park which takes to 4hrs. Arrival for lunch. Check in at Africa Safari Selous, afternoon you will have opportunity to do a boat safari about 2hours along Rufiji River. you will have the chance to explore the Park and see a lot of wild animals including Hippopotamus, Hyne, Lion, Antelope, Elephant, Giraffe and much more.

Africa Safari Selous is more than an accommodation, as a stay here is an unrivalled safari experience that you are unlikely to find anywhere else. Located just outside the Selous Game Reserve or Nyerere National Park in southern Tanzania, the property is spacious. Two days of game drives in Nyerere National Park. You will have a chance to do safari in Park by vehicle with packed lunches. On these two days you will have the chance to see alot of wild animals, herds of Elephant, Hyna, Antelopes, Giraffes, Lions, Leopard, Wild Dogs to name the few. In the afternoon, return to the Camp for dinner and overnight.

Few other safaris in Tanzania evoke the romance, mystique and spiritual delight of the African bush as one in the Nyerere National Park (Part of Selous Game Reserve). Embracing 54,000 square km of south-western Tanzania, it is one of the largest protected wilderness reserve on the continent, three times larger than the Serengeti and twice the size of Belgium. Named after the legendary 19th century explorer and hunter Frederick Courtney Selous, the reserve was founded by the German colonial administration in 1905.

Depart from Nyerere National Park to Kilwa Masoko. Evening relax at the Beach, check in at Kilwa Pakaya for dinner and overnight.

Day 5-6

After breakfast, you will be able to relax at the Beach and also you can opt to visit Kilwa Ruins. Return to the lodge for meals and overnight at Kilwa Pakaya Hotel.

Option 1: The tour starts with:
· Visiting the ruins where you will see German, Indian, English and Arabic architecture, the slave market, slave prison and the loading bay for slaves.
· Then proceed to Old port and a slaves hanging tree also used in German colonial times to hang rebels.
· Finally visit hippos where you will be given a welcome by hippo’s water splash.
· Canoe where traditional fishing can be practiced and get magnificent view of Kilwa ruins from the ocean. While canoeing near the Mangrove forest try to explore water birds, Kingfishers and many other bird species found in the area.
· Proceed to Salt farm and learn how locals harvest salt from the Indian Ocean water.
· After your half day tour, relax and take a delicious local lunch with a lot of sea stuff. Remember, this is a home of Sea foods.
