We will pick you up from the airport, then transfer you to the hotel with an optional detour to Arusha city to sightsee the city & prepare for your trip the next day. You will stay at Gran Melia Hotel, Arusha is a little oasis in an extremely busy city, offering the opportunity to relax by the pool or enjoy outdoor dining.

Day 2

Arusha - Tarangire National Park

Arusha - Tarangire National Park

After breakfast at your hotel, You will drive to Tarangire National Park which its famous for its diverse landscape. The park is well known for the abundance of ancient baobab trees & having huge herds of elephants hence providing unique chances to observe the interaction between elephant families. We will do a game drive through the park depending on where they are reported sightings of animals. Later on, you will go to the Tarangire River picnic site and enjoy the beautiful view of the river and animals while having lunch. Small monkeys and baboons will try to scare you off your lunch but there is nothing to worry about. After lunch, you will proceed with the game drive. After the tour, you will head to your accommodation in Eileen's Trees Inn for Dinner and Overnight stay.

Tarangire National Park - Lake Manyara National Park

Tarangire National Park - Lake Manyara National Park

After breakfast, you will enjoy the lodge seeing wildlife adjacent to the lodge then continue with activities outside of lake Manyara visiting local farms for banana plantations, and rice plantations & visiting local communities exploring culture & craft. There will also be an option to canoe, visit waterfalls & biking. Later in the evening, you will return to the lodge For Dinner and Overnight stay.

After breakfast, you will drive to Ngorongoro crater, you will descend this beautiful caldera & do a game drive in the early evening where wildlife is abundant & easy to spot then after a game drive you will go to Ngorongoro Rhino Lodge which is situated only a few hundred meters from the crater’s rim, offers a perfect base to explore the Ngorongoro Crater and its surroundings. Dinner and Overnight at Ngorongoro Rhino Lodge.

After breakfast, you will drive to Serengeti National Park by pass the unique and gorgeous Ngorongoro Conservation Area via the famous Olduvai Gorge also known as “The Cradle of Mankind”. The gorge lies on the same spot where once lay an ancient lake, which was covered by thick layers of volcanic ash, which carefully preserved the world's earliest records of mankind. This extremely important prehistoric site was discovered by Louis and Mary Leakey and the exhibitions from different periods in its history are on display in the Olduvai Gorge Museum, located on the gorge’s rim.
Our visit will also include the famous Maasai bomas, where you will be able to meet the Maasai people and get to know their culture and habits. Upon entering the Serengeti National Park for your game drive, the most intriguing yet amazing African landscape rolls before your eyes. Here you will experience African wildlife in all its glory. Dinner and Overnight at Serengeti Safari Lodge.

Discover the famous African Big five in Serengeti National Park

Early in the Morning, we will start the sunrise game drive. You will be accompanied by the melodic singing of the birds while searching for leopards and lions hunting for their morning meal and contrastingly calm hippos, returning to their watery homes with their family. We will return to the lodge, where we will enjoy a late breakfast. We will continue our game drive and stay in the wilderness for the rest of the day. Our safari drive will continue according to the time of year and we will follow the animals on their trail. Dinner and Overnight at Serengeti Safari Lodge.

On this day you will start early carrying all your luggage and enjoying the sunrise game drive, later on, head towards seronera airstrip and fly out of the Serengeti which departs in the early afternoon. Saying goodbye to your guide & looking forward to relaxing time in zanzibar.
