Nairobi - Lake Naivasha National Park

Upon arrival at the airport in Nairobi, you will be met by our representative. Depending on your arrival time, we will either take you to your hotel in the city or depart for a drive into the Great Rift Valley and on to Lake Nakuru National Park. Lake Nakuru is one of the several Rift Valley lakes, and its ecosystem supports a wide ecological diversity, with flamingos (both greater and lesser) and other water birds being the major attractions in the area. The park is also home to about 56 different species of mammals, including white rhinos, buffaloes, and a variety of terrestrial birds numbering nearly 450 species. Arrival will be in time for lunch, after which you'll embark on a late afternoon game drive. You'll then return to the camp for dinner and your overnight stay.

Lake Nakuru National Park - Lake Naivasha National Park

Have a leisurely breakfast at the lodge, then proceed for a further game drive in the park before departing for nearby Lake Naivasha, with a stop at Hell’s Gate National Park along the way. You’ll arrive in time for lunch. Hell's Gate National Park is a remarkable part of the Great Rift Valley. Its spectacular scenery, including towering cliffs, water-gouged gorges, stark rock towers, scrub-clad volcanoes, and belching plumes of geothermal steam, makes it one of the most atmospheric parks in Africa. In addition to its biodiversity, visitors can also enjoy mountain biking and rock climbing.

You may also choose to book a one-hour boat safari on Lake Naivasha at an extra cost, during which you can spot some of the lake's wildlife (such as hippos) and enjoy picturesque views of the lake and the surrounding highland landscapes. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at the camp.

Lake Naivasha National Park - Masai Mara National Reserve

After a hearty breakfast, you will depart for a picturesque drive descending into the Great Rift Valley and continuing to the Masai Mara, Kenya's famous game reserve. The reserve is world-famous for its incredible density of wildlife, and during the Great Migration (July – October), an unending torrent of gazelle, wildebeest, and zebra streams into the park.

All of Africa’s “Big Five” are found here, along with many other animals. You'll arrive at the park in time for lunch at the camp. Later in the afternoon, enjoy a game drive to track elephants, leopards, cheetahs, lions, and buffaloes. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at the lodge.

This is a day of unlimited game drives. You’ll enjoy a full day exploring the reserve—one of the most iconic wildlife regions in Africa. There will be excellent opportunities to spot some of Africa's most notable species such as lions, elephants, giraffes, leopards, cheetahs, and many more.

We can also arrange a stunning hot air balloon safari over the Masai Mara at an extra cost. Just ask our friendly guide about this fantastic option to add a truly memorable touch to your Kenya safari experience. For the best game viewing, an early start is recommended to beat the heat of the day. This is when the big cats are most active, and the lighting is perfect for dramatic photography. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at the camp.
