Pick up from your hotel at 0800 hrs and depart for the dramatic semi-arid scrub land of the Northern Frontier. Arrival in Samburu will be by lunch time. After lunch embark on a game drive to sight resident wildlife species like the Reticulated Giraffe, Grevy’s Zebra, Beisa Oryx and the Blue-necked Somali Ostrich that are rare elsewhere in the country. Dinner and overnight will be at the spectacular lodge.

Day 2

The whole day will be spent exploring this amazing game reserve, it gives you the refreshment of your mind as the park is not populated and not many people visit here, we have concentration of the Its home to the big five, Elephant, Lion, Rhino, Leopard, Buffalo, Gerenuk, Reticulated Giraffe, Somali Ostrich, Gravy Zebra, Beisa Oryx, Endangered Wild Dog as well as Pun cake Tortoise - Endangered. There are over 450 species of birds identified and aquatic species in the Waso Nyiro River including, vultures, kingfishers, marabous, bateleurs, guinea fowl, Somali ostriches and others. The whole day will be spent exploring the park for the whole day game drive. Dinner and overnight in the lodge.

After breakfast; leave Samburu and drive to Sweetwater’s/Ol Pejeta Conservancy arriving in time for lunch. Afternoon game drive with a visit to the Ol Pejeta Chimpanzee Sanctuary. Ol Pejeta Conservancy is a 90,000-acre wildlife conservancy situated between the foothills of the Aberdare and the magnificent snowcapped Mount Kenya. The conservancy boasts an astounding variety of animals including the non-indigenous chimpanzees and the big 5 (the endangered black rhino, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and lion). The combination of amazing wildlife and stunning views across the open plains of Ol Pejeta guarantees an unforgettable safari experience. Dinner and overnight at the camp.

Day 4

Ol Pejeta Conservancy

Ol Pejeta Conservancy

Spend the full day until 1500hrs exploring Sweetwater's is a privately owned conservancy, overlooking the peaks of Mount Kenya. The conservancy has a great number of wildlife including all the big five animals (elephant, rhino, lion, leopard, and buffalo) among other games. The conservancy also has a special sanctuary that shelters several rare and endangered species including the black rhino, Gravy’s zebra, Jackson's hartebeest, and Chimpanzees. The Chimpanzee sanctuary is the only one in Kenya. It is a home for orphaned and abused chimpanzees, rehabilitating them to help them learn to live by themselves as in their own habitat. Afternoon at 1500hrs, return to your camp to refresh and relax enjoying the hotel amenities. At 1830hrs, be ready for pick up for a night game drive which starts at 1900hrs up to 2100hrs and 2100hrs up to 23hrs. It can get cold on night game drives, so we recommend extra layers for comfort. Dinner and overnight at the camp.

After breakfast, have an early breakfast en-route. Depart to Lake Nakuru to arrive in time for lunch and rest. In the afternoon, head for game viewing: The game in this park is plentiful and the magnificent bird watching will make a devotee out of even the most reluctant person. The birdlife here is world renown and over 400 bird species exist here such as white Pelicans, plovers, egrets, and Marabou stork. It is also one of the very few places in Africa to see the white rhino and rare Rothschild giraffe. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Have an early morning game drive, return to lodge for breakfast. Thereafter, check-out and head to Lake Naivasha, a 3 hours’ drive to arrive in time for lunch and afternoon short rest. You will have a boat-ride at the Lake. Naivasha is known as a world class birding destination. The waters of the lake draw a great range of game to these shores. Giraffes wander among the acacia, Buffalo wallow in the swamps and Colobus monkeys call from the treetops while the Lake large hippo population sleeps the day out in the shallows. Have dinner and rest at the camp.

At 3pm, start your game drive within the reserve. This enormous reserve is actually part of the vast Serengeti plains famously known for its spectacular great wildebeest’s migration and is home of the Big Five: Lion, Elephant, Leopard, Buffalo and Rhino. Lunch at the Lodge and relax before departing for the afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at the camp.

After breakfast; leave for a full day game drive carrying picnic lunch: The landscape here is scenic savanna grassland on rolling hills. This reserve is the best park for games in Kenya as it has an extensive road and track network that allows for close range viewing and photography. Your game drive will include a visit to the sand River and also the mara river, which is a point of migration and a place to spot crocodiles and hippopotamuses and break for a picnic. Your game drive will continue till 1700hrs, after which you will get out of the park for two hours of optional activities. Dinner and overnight at the camp.
