Arusha to Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, our professional guide will pick you up from your hotel in Arusha for a direct drive to the Serengeti for an amazing game drive exploring large herds of wildebeests and other wildlife including the Big Five. You will do a short stop for a hot lunch before continuing with your spectacular game drive.

After an early breakfast, set out for a morning game drive to witness the Serengeti’s wildlife at its most active. Depending on the season, you may see the Great Migration as herds of wildebeest and zebras traverse the plains. Afterward, depart for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area with a picnic lunch en route. You’ll have the opportunity to enjoy the scenic beauty and rich wildlife of the region as you descend into the lush highlands. Arrive at your lodge or camp near the crater rim in time for dinner, preparing for an unforgettable experience the next day.

Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha

After breakfast, drive to Ngorongoro for the game drive in Ngorongoro Crater and in the afternoon, drive to the Airport/Hotel for drop-off.

The jewel in Ngorongoro crown is a deep, volcanic crater, the largest unflooded and unbroken caldera in the world. About 20kms across, 600 meters deep and 300 sq kms in area, the Ngorongoro Crater is a breathtaking natural wonder. We will visit Lake Magadi, a large but shallow alkaline lake in the southwestern corner, which is one of the main features of the crater. A large number of flamingos, hippos and other water birds can usually be seen here.
