The adventure begins as we depart from Moshi and head to the Mount Kilimanjaro National Park Gate, which takes approximately 50 minutes. Along the way, we pass through the charming village of Machame, nestled on the lower slopes of the mountain. Upon reaching the park gate, our journey on foot commences.

We venture into the lush rainforest, following a winding trail that ascends along a ridge. In the lower sections, the trail can be quite muddy and slippery, so we recommend using gaiters and trekking poles for stability and comfort. As we progress, we will continue for a short distance until we reach our destination for the day, the Machame Camp.

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable trekking experience, we provide the assistance of porters to help carry your luggage and a skilled cook to prepare delicious meals. Our chief guide will be overseeing all aspects of the trek to ensure your safety and comfort. It's the beginning of an incredible journey to the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro.
