Pick up and drive to Murchison Falls N/Park

In the morning, your guide will be waiting for you to embark on this long day
trip to Murchison Falls national park, arguably the largest park in the
country and the most beautiful as it overlooks the hanging escarpments of
the great western rift valley and a home to the most powerful falls in the
world;
You will traverse through the rolling hills of Nakasongola as you head to the
park via the Northern sector and arrive at your lodge for dinner & overnight
stay.
Optional activity is to visit Ziwa Rhino sanctuary (50$ p/person) located off
Nakitoma trading center in Nakasongola district.

Early morning Game Drive, Boat cruise & visiting top of the falls

After an early morning cup of tea at the lodge, continue to the park gate for
a morning game drive which tends to last 3 – 4 hours exploring the park’s

attractive wilderness in its authenticity. The activity is carried out in the
northern sector of the park which is a renowned hub where numerous
counts of wildlife dwell.
Return from the activity and have a sumptuous lunch after which you
assemble at Paraa Jetty for a thrilling afternoon Nile launch cruise
departing at 2pm heading for the bottom of the waterfalls.
The stretch to the bottom of the falls and the eventual visit at the top of the
falls soon exposes you to the thunderous roar of the waters of the Nile;
arguably the longest river in the world where it squeezes itself to penetrate
through a less than 8m gorge.
Retire from this rather interesting 3 hour activity for relaxation, then dinner
and overnight at your residence.

Morning breakfast and return to Kampala

After a hearty morning cup of warm of tea, you prepare to embark on the
drive back to Kampala; a journey of 305 kilometers but full of interesting
scenery and vegetation that will keep you awake through the entire
duration of the drive.
You will proceed to Kampala to mark the end of this melodramatic 3 day
experience in the most beautiful wildlife park in the country.
