Antanananarivo
Today, you'll arrive at Antananarivo Airport - Tana, as the capital is universally known, has been the home of Malagasy power for three centuries and there's a huge amount of history and culture, as well as some unexpected wildlife options. There are also some excellent markets and shops that stock products and crafts from across the country at very competitive prices.
Upon arrival, you'll meet our local team and transfer to the hotel.
Antanananarivo - Ambositra
After breakfast, you'll take the road to Antsirabe through National Road 7. Passing through Ambatolampy city, the capital foundry of aluminum. You will do the visit on your return. You'll continue to Antsirabe. You'll cross the region of the Highlands, which offers a mosaic of colors between its rice terraces, cultures, and traditional red brick houses of its many villages. Here, the warm and communicative population is undoubtedly another great encounter on your way. You'll stay on National Road 7 and progress towards the south. You'll drive to Ambositra and have an overnight stay.

Ambositra - Ambalavao
You'll shop around in Ambositra and visit Zafimaniry artisans workshop, trying to find carved wood or a piece of marquetry box made with care. You'll stroll around in town. After the visit to some handcraft markets, continuation to Fianarantsoa. The name means "place of good learning". The city is separated by a steep climb: the lower and upper town. You'll continue the trip arriving in Ambalavao, the tour of the manufacturing workshop of the famous paper Antemoro. You'll visit of Anja private reserve held by the village community. Your overnight stay will be in Ambalavao.
Ambalavao - Antantsoa
You'll have an early start this morning. You'll head to Namoly by car, the starting point of our trek. Upon your arrival in the valley, you'll start the trekking. You'll have 2 hours of walking to join the first camp where you'll spend the night. Ricefield terraces decorate the landscape. Your arrival in the first camp named Antantsoa. Your overnight stay will be in a tent.

Antantsoa - Andriampotsy
This will be a tough day as you head uphill to reach your next camp. After the instructions of the local guide of Andringitra with the porters, you will start the hike by the track leading to the heart of Andringitra. Along the way, you'll stop to visit some caves. You'll view the sacred waterfalls and the forest, climb through shrubs or forests at low altitudes, and perhaps dip in a natural pool. From here, it is a further trek to reach your campsite in Andriampotsy.

Andriampotsy - Iataranomby
You'll have an early wake-up with the first rays of the sun and depart to attack the ascent of Pic Boby, the second-highest peak of Madagascar. You will reach the peak from where you can enjoy an exceptional panorama of the whole region. In very good weather, you can even see the Isalo massif further south. Being at the top it is a surreal experience. You'll pass through a landscape called lunar. Surreal lunar landscapes in a very mountain setting that you will not forget. On the descent after this superb landscape, you cross the endemic palm forest of this “Ravenna glauca” side to the Iantaranomby campsite on the edge of a river where you can cool off. Your overnight stay will be in the tent.

Iataranomby - Tsaranoro
After breakfast, you'll descend the Tsaranoro valley. Maybe you have the opportunity to see Pachypodium enchyflorum, different species of aloes and lizards. Once at the foot of the massif, the path continues to cross several villages of Barabory; the Betsileo and Bara cultures mix. From the village of Morarano, you will begin crossing this magnificent Tsaranoro valley to finish at Camp Catta Hotel. This afternoon, you'll continue to explore the forest of Tsaranoro Valley for a few hours.

Tsaranoro - Antsirabe
You'll have an early breakfast, and depart to rejoin our vehicles for the journey to Antsirabe. Passing through Fianarantsoa and Ambositra. You will arrive in Antsirabe, the name means "a lot of salt." It is an elegant city, a beautiful spa town surrounded by volcanic massif, the third largest city in Madagascar with its clean air and cool climate throughout the year.
Antsirabe - Antanananarivo
You will have breakfast then a city tour by rickshaw then workshop tours for a visit of local handcrafts and products including jewelry made from zebu horn, and toys crafted from old tin cans. You'll drive back to Antananarivo. You'll stop to visit Ambatolampy, a village of metalwork. Cast aluminum souvenirs are often for sale along the main road. After the visit, you'll continue to Tana. On your arrival, you'll transfer to the hotel. You'll be arriving in Tana and then transfer to the hotel.

This is the last day of your trip! After breakfast, you'll have a quick city tour of Antananarivo by car then you will go to the colorful local markets. You will be able to buy some souvenirs. You'll transfer back to the airport international for check-in. You'll fly homewards.
