Day 1

Transfer from kampala to kibale forest national park

Transfer from kampala to kibale forest national park

On this day we shall transfer from Kampala to kibale forest national park. Enroute we shall be able to see the beauty of Uganda in its natural form. From forest to plantations and people going by there business. On arrival we shall check into the lodge for lunch and later proceed to bigodi for the swamp and community tour.

Day 2

Chimpanzee trekking

Chimpanzee trekking

After an early morning breakfast we shall into the forest for a morning brief about the chimps. We shall later be grouped in groups of 8 and later head into the forest with a ranger to trekk the chimps. After thus activity we shall proceed to queen elizabeth national park where we shall have lunch and later an afternoon boat ride.

Day 3

Game drive

Game drive

After breakfast we shall have an early morning game drive in the kasenyi plains. This a open savanna spot with plenty of wildlife for viewing in the park. During the drive we shall be able to see a variety of wildlife ranging from buffaloes, kobs, elepahnts lions and leopards among others. The drive we shall the later proceed to the southern sector of ishasha for another game drive and lunch picnic style. We shall the proceed to bwindi forest national park in the evening.

Day 4

Gorilla trek

Gorilla trek

On this day we shall have breakfast and then head to the start point of the gorilla trek. Here you shall be briefed and entertained aby a local women's group from the nearby community. You shall be put in groups of 8 and later proceed into the forest for the trek. The trek could last from as low as 1 hour to the full day depending on the location of the gorillas.

Day 5

Return to entebbe

Return to entebbe

On this day we shall transfer from bwindi forest national park and return to entebbe. Its usually a long drive approximately 8 to 10 hour drive. However we shall have some stopovers one for lunch and also at the equator for some picture moments and souvenir shopping if interested.
