The park features diverse vegetation, including dense areas with elephant grass, acacia woodlands, and lush groundwater forests.

Tarangire is renowned for its elephant families, frequently spotted gathering near the river. Alongside them, you may also encounter giraffes, bushbucks, and hartebeests. These animals draw the attention of various predators, including lions and leopards. Notably, Tarangire boasts more breeding bird species than any other place on Earth.

Within the park, you'll find giant baobab trees, some over 200 years old, scattered throughout the landscape. As the day comes to a close, you'll drive to your accommodation for dinner and your overnight stay.

Serengeti National Park

Following an early breakfast, you will embark on a scenic drive through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, en route to Serengeti National Park, while enjoying wildlife sightings along the way. Serengeti is globally renowned and celebrated for its unrivaled natural beauty and immense scientific significance. It stands as the continent's premier sanctuary for the vast concentration of plains game.

However, what truly distinguishes the Serengeti is the awe-inspiring annual migration. Each October and November, more than a million wildebeest and approximately 200,000 zebras journey south from the northern hills to the southern plains in pursuit of the short rains. This ancient instinct to migrate is so powerful that no drought, ravine, or crocodile-filled river can deter them.

The Serengeti is unequivocally the realm of the legendary great wildebeest migration. As the day wanes, you'll drive back to your accommodation for dinner and your overnight stay.
