Nairobi to Samburu

On this day depart from Nairobi in the morning, heading north to the rugged beauty of Samburu National Reserve.

You will arrive in the afternoon in time for lunch and check into your camp.

After lunch embark on your first game drive in Samburu, known for its unique wildlife, including the reticulated giraffe, Grevy's zebra, and Somali ostrich.

After the game drive return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Full day in Samburu

On this day go on two game drives one in the early morning and one in the late afternoon.

The game drives offer opportunities to spot the "Samburu Special Five" - the Beisa oryx, reticulated giraffe, Grevy's zebra, gerenuk, and Somali ostrich.

On this day you will have an optional opportunity to Immerse yourself in the local Samburu culture with a visit to a traditional village.

Conclude your day with another exciting game drive and a memorable dinner.

Day 3

Samburu to Naivasha

Samburu to Naivasha

Depart Samburu after breakfast, heading south to Lake Naivasha.

You will arrive at your lakeside lodge or camp and check in at your hotel where you will have your lunch.

After lunch head out for a boat ride on Lake Naivasha, where you might spot hippos and a variety of bird species.

After the boat ride explore Crescent Island for a guided walking safari amidst wildlife like zebras and giraffes.

In the evening head back yo the hotel for dinner and overnight.

Sightings to expect: Big Five (lions, elephants, leopards, buffaloes, and rhinos), cheetahs, African wild dogs, and a rich diversity of birdlife.

On this day you will also get an optional opportunity to visit a village of the masai people for a cultural experience of the Masaimasaimasaimasai people.

In the evening head back to the hotel for Dinner at the lodge.
