Following breakfast, we'll set out for Serengeti. The journey entails a roughly 4 to 5-hour drive on a rugged road, leading you through captivating game-rich areas en route as you ascend the crater highlands, ultimately arriving at the vast Serengeti plains. A pause for a picnic lunch awaits you at Serengeti's Naabi Hill Gate before entering the park for an afternoon safari adventure. As the sun begins to set, we'll continue to Into Wild Africa Luxury Camp for an evening filled with dinner and overnight comfort.

For those interested, there's an option to explore Maasai villages along the way within the Ngorongoro Conservation area. Please note that this experience may be somewhat commercialized for certain travelers.

Today, we'll start our safari journey by boarding the safari vehicle at 6 a.m., heading down into the crater with our breakfast and lunch packed and ready. This remarkable location is a habitat for nearly every East African wildlife species, including the elusive black rhino, which we might be fortunate enough to observe. Covering an expansive 260 square kilometers and stretching about 20 kilometers in diameter, we anticipate dedicating approximately 5 to 6 hours to thoroughly explore it. Afterward, we'll make our way back to your Arusha hotel.
