Your adventure begins as we pick you up from your Arusha hotel or the airport. After a warm welcome, you will embark on an exciting journey to Manyara National Park, known for its scenic beauty and diverse wildlife.

Upon arrival, you will dive straight into a full-day game drive, exploring the park's lush landscapes and tracking down its fascinating inhabitants. Manyara is also a birdwatcher's paradise, offering a chance to spot numerous avian species.

As the day draws to a close, you will head to your accommodation for the night, the luxurious Karatu Safari Camp Lodge. After an early morning breakfast, you will depart for Central Serengeti, the heart of one of Africa's most famous wildlife conservation areas. Here, the stage is set for an entire day of thrilling game drives.

Serengeti National Park is well known for its great migration. The great migration is the largest herd movement of wildebeests, zebras, and other animals crossing the Mara River to Masai Mara in Kenya. The migration crosses the Mara River which is full of crocodiles. The best time to visit is from July to early October every year.

After an exhilarating day of wildlife exploration, you will unwind and relive your memorable encounters while enjoying a delectable meal at the camp. Rest up, for tomorrow brings more adventures in this iconic wilderness.

Central Serengeti never disappoints, offering diverse ecosystems and incredible wildlife sightings. In the late afternoon, you will bid farewell to the Serengeti and make your way back to Karatu Safari Camp Lodge, where you'll once again find comfort and relaxation amidst the natural beauty of Karatu.

Tomorrow holds more exciting experiences as you continue your Tanzanian safari journey.

Day 4

Ngorongoro Crater

You will wake up to a hearty breakfast, as you embark on a remarkable adventure to the Ngorongoro Crater, often referred to as the 8th Wonder of the World.

After breakfast, you will journey to the crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a haven for an astonishing array of wildlife. You'll descend into the caldera, and be greeted by breathtaking vistas and an unparalleled concentration of animals.

As the day draws to a close, you will return to the comfortable Karatu Safari Camp Lodge, where you can relax and have dinner. The African night sky will provide the perfect backdrop for a peaceful night's rest, recharging you for the adventures that await on the final day of your safari.

Day 5

Tarangire National Park to Arusha

Tarangire National Park to Arusha

On your final day, you will savor a delicious breakfast at Karatu Safari Camp Lodge before you set off for Tarangire National Park. This park is known for its iconic baobab trees and massive elephant herds.

Tarangire Park is well known for its large elephant herds and consists of a diversity of landscapes, from seasonal swamps to savanna with the Tarangire River wending its way through the parklands. It is the only source of water here for wildlife during the dry season. It is possible that you will have the experience of seeing a lion stalking his prey or leopards watching whilst relaxing in the trees above.

Once you finish the game drive, we will drive you to Kilimanjaro or Arusha Airport for an air transfer back home to another destination.
