Arusha to Lake Manyara National Park

Our guide will pick you up from any point in Arusha town. You will then travel to Lake Manyara National Park. This day will include viewing Lake Manyara from a great vantage point, getting up close and personal with elephants in the forests, and visiting the famous Manyara Hippo Pool. The park offers stunning views of the 400-meter-deep Great Rift Valley. Movement in a vulnerable area of the earth's crust 22 to 25 million years ago led to the creation of a fissure that spans all of East Africa and stretches thousands of kilometers. The valley is so enormous that it can be seen from space, and due to the many unique environments it offers, it is home to a diverse range of different animals. Keep a look out for the famous tree-climbing lions and be enchanted by the pink flamingos that beautify Lake Manyara. After the game drive, enjoy budget lodge accommodations and a delicious meal.
