Today marks the start of your safari adventure! We'll collect you from your hotel in or near Arusha. Enjoy a scenic 2.5-hour drive, taking in the beautiful natural landscapes and local communities. Once we arrive, we'll embark on a full-day game drive in Tarangire, renowned for its abundant elephants, iconic baobab trees, and African pythons that climb trees. Upon arrival, you can relax with a refreshing swim in the pool!

Today, we rise early and after breakfast, we embark on a journey into the remarkable Ngorongoro Crater. Known as the largest intact crater globally, it shelters an estimated 30,000 large mammals within its natural confines. The area's natural boundaries foster a thriving wildlife population, including the iconic Big Five such as the African black rhino, as well as hyenas and zebras among others. By day's end, we travel to Ngorongoro which inside of the park for overnight stay and relaxation.

Day 3

Northern Serengeti Nationl Park

On the third day, we will travel towards the Serengeti. After a few hours on the road, we will reach the Serengeti gate. Following lunch, we will embark on an afternoon game drive through this stunning park. The Serengeti is renowned for its vast expanses of savannah and forested landscapes, and it is celebrated for hosting the migration of approximately 1.5 million herbivores and their predators.

By day's end, we will reach Africa Safari Ikoma. Positioned between the Serengeti Seronera, Grumeti, and Ikorongo Game Reserves, this location offers an ideal base for exploring the Serengeti. It provides a tranquil setting to observe birdlife or watch impalas peacefully grazing near the camp. Alternatively, you can simply relax and listen to the sounds of the African wilderness.

Today, our journey continues with a game drive through the northern part of Serengeti. During the migration season, we may witness the awe-inspiring Mara River crossing, where thousands of animals traverse the waters—a truly unforgettable sight! By day's end, we will stay overnight at Africa Safari Maasai Boma Lodge. True to its name, this lodge draws inspiration from a traditional Maasai boma. Surrounded by the village of Ololosokwan, while not within an official game reserve or national park, wildlife can still be spotted in the area.

Day 5

Serengeti North - Lake Natron

Serengeti North - Lake Natron

After breakfast, we set off for Lake Natron. The journey from northern Serengeti is through remote and rugged terrain, characterized by a stark, otherworldly beauty and a profound sense of vastness and agelessness. The route traverses Maasai lands, where small bomas and towering mountains often punctuate the wild and rugged landscape.

From June to November, Lake Natron hosts around two million flamingos, creating a spectacular sight. En route to the lodge, we may stop at the hot springs. Our accommodation for the night is Africa Safari Lake Natron, featuring a swimming pool seamlessly integrated into its surroundings, offering breathtaking views of Mount Ol Doinyo Lengai, a still-active volcano. Take in the scenery! From the lodge, you can also enjoy a guided 10-minute walk to the lake.

Day 6

Lake Natron - Arusha

In the morning, your guide will lead you on an exciting hike to the waterfalls (be sure to wear comfortable walking shoes). The area is dotted with several Maasai villages, and your guide for the hike will be a Maasai expert. After short game drive at Lake natron we drive back to Arusha for departure.
