Arusha City to Lake Manyara National Park

Arusha City to Lake Manyara National Park

After an early breakfast, drive approximately 126 kilometers from Arusha to Manyara National Park with lunch boxes for a game drive.

Lake Manyara National Park is a wildlife viewing destination located southwest of Arusha and the northern part of Tanzania. This small but scenic park covers an area of only 330 square kilometers (127 square miles), of which up to 200 square kilometers (77 square miles) is made up of the lake when water levels are high. Lake Manyara is an excellent place for bird watching and a good area to find elephants, giraffes, zebras, baboons, warthogs, buffalos, and maybe even the legendary tree-climbing lions! Activities such as canoeing, bird watching, and photography are offered along this lake as tourists explore the national park. Bird species include black-faced sand grouse, long-tailed fiscal, flamingos, pelicans, and many others, as seen in Lake Manyara National Park. Enjoy your lunch box inside the park.

A visit to this amazing place is the main draw for tourists coming to Tanzania, and it is undoubtedly a world-class attraction.
