After breakfast, our safari guide will collect you from your lodge for the drive to Tarangire National Park (approximately three hours) with your lunch box in hand.
Tarangire National Park is known as a wonderful birding destination and features large numbers of game, particularly during the dry season when the Tarangire River is the only source of water in the area. Lions and other predators are frequently spotted. The park boasts over 500 species of birds, including some species endemic to Tanzania.

Tarangire National Park - Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, our safari guide will pick you up from your hotel and drive you to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. You will continue crossing the Ngorongoro Highland up to the entrance of Serengeti National Park, where you will start the game drive. Serengeti is located in Northern Tanzania and is a World Heritage Site, occupying an area of around 15,000 sq km with over two million herbivores, 4,000 lions, 1,000 leopards, 550 cheetahs, and some 500 bird species. This area is filled with massive herds of migratory wildebeest and zebra during the dry season. However, the northern Serengeti also supports an abundance of resident wildlife including lion, elephant, hippo, giraffe, crocodile, and the rare oribi antelope. In the evening, you will head to your accommodations for dinner and your overnight stay.

Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, we will embark on a game drive headed to the northern part of Serengeti, where we will stay for one night. We will explore the Bologonja and Mara River areas to witness the Great Migration. From July to September, thousands of wildebeest and zebra battle the strong currents and huge Nile crocodiles to reach the other side of the river, heading to the Masai Mara Game Reserve in Kenya.

Serengeti National Park - Ngorongoro Highlands
After breakfast, we will proceed with a game drive in the northern Serengeti, searching for the Great Migration. This migration features the significant herd movement of wildebeest, zebras, and other animals crossing the Mara River to the Masai Mara in Kenya. The best time to visit and witness the Great Migration is from July to early October every year.

Ngorongoro Crater - Arusha
After a tasty breakfast, you will collect picnic lunches and then visit one of the seven African wonders, the Ngorongoro Crater. The crater is the world's largest caldera, which was formed after an explosion that occurred approximately 2-3 million years ago. The crater floor is 1,800m (5,900ft) above sea level, and the area is home to around 30,000 animals as well as a great variety of birds. After the game drive, you will proceed to Arusha for a drop-off at any location in the area.
