Day 1

Transfer to Kibale National Park (5 to 6 hours drive)

Transfer to Kibale National Park (5 to 6 hours drive)

You will be picked up from your Hotel in Entebbe/ Kampala for a transfer to Kibale National Park. Arrive in time for a lunch break and later go for a nature walk in the Bigodi Wetlands where you will see some bird and primate species. Later return to your lodge for Dinner and Overnight.

Day 2

Chimpanzee Trekking & Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

Chimpanzee Trekking & Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

After breakfast at your lodge, you will go to the park headquarters for a briefing about the chimpanzee trek. From here you will be guided into the forest enjoying the sights and sounds of nature. Hike until you meet the chimpanzees. You will spend some time with them and later return for a lunch break and transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Arrive in the evening for check-in at your lodge.

Day 3

Game drive and Boat Cruise

Game drive and Boat Cruise

Start with an early breakfast and head out for a game drive in Kasenyi. You will see the major wildlife species here including hippos, antelopes, and buffaloes. Return to your lodge for a lunch break and in the afternoon go for a boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel where you will see other wildlife species including Hippos, elephants, and many more.

Day 4

Game drives and transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

Game drives and transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

You will have breakfast at your lodge and transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park via the Ishasha sector. Here you will have a game drive to see the different wildlife species including elephants, the Topi, and lions if lucky. Have a Lunch break at Savanna Hotel and later proceed to Bwindi for Dinner and Overnight at your lodge.

Day 5

Gorilla Trekking & Community Visit

Gorilla Trekking & Community Visit

This is the most anticipated day of your Uganda safari. Have breakfast and head to the park headquarters for a briefing about the gorilla trekking adventures. Hike through the forested mountains until you meet the mountain gorillas. You will stay in their presence for an hour getting to learn more about these rare primates. Later return to your lodge for a rest. In the evening go for a community visit where you will learn more about the people.

Day 6

After breakfast at your lodge, you will have a relaxed drive to Lake Bunyonyi with en route stopovers for photography. Get to the Lake early for a lunch break and in the afternoon go for a canoe ride to the islands for a community visit. In the evening return to your lodge for Dinner and Overnight.

You will have breakfast and depart Lake Bunyonyi for Lake Mburo National Park. The Park is one of the most diverse National Parks in Uganda. Get to the Park in time for lunch and in the afternoon go for Game drives in the Park. You will see various wildlife species here.

Nature walk & Departure

Nature walk & Departure

On this last day you will go for a guided nature walk in the park getting up close to the wildlife here. After the nature walk you will exit for a transfer back to Kampala with a stop over at the Equator for photography and experiment. Later proceed to Kampala arriving in the evening for a drop-off at the airport or Hotel depending on the schedule.
